Very cute, clean apartment surrounded by nature but a only 10 minute walk to town. It's well equipped for remote work with a desk and decent wifi, as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Mary and Fer are the sweetest, most accommodating hosts and put a lot of care into making sure I was comfortable and taken care of. They had a bunch of great recommendations on stuff to do in town/ where to find things and shared a lot about the history of Minca with me. As someone who tries to travel responsibly and stay with locals, I felt good about staying with folks who have roots in the community and clearly care a lot about this little town. I can't recommend this place enough!

Oscar was our host and was very professional, he helped us a lot with information, locations, contacts, and our stay was magnificent. Casa Alma is a beautiful house suitable for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed it.

We were very happy at Casa Olivia. Everything is new. The bed is 2 meters wide. The bathroom is superb. The pool is awesome with beautiful sea views and sunset views. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. Young children play on the street in the evening. There is one person who does outdoor cleaning every day. She is very kind. Luis lives next door and is always available. We will definitely be back for another vacation.

We loved our stay at this beautiful house located in the center of Santa Marta. The location was ideal for walking to the lively area near Parque de los Novios. It was far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful, which allowed us a good night's sleep. The outdoor space is perfect! We look forward to coming back one day!

Daniela was very attentive during our stay, she was very kind, she thought of every detail and even had everything ready for our pet, her cabin is beautiful and close to the sea, it provides a plus of tranquility by not being so close to the highway, even so you can walk to this beach or to Gaira. The cabin has very good cooking utensils and even a cooler, which made it easy to take our cold drinks to the beach.

Very nice new apartment overlooking the ocean from a short distance. Very nice pools and gym. Beds were very comfortable and are truly queen size. Location is quiet and peaceful.

From the first moment, communication with Leidy and Mrs. Esther was very good, they were always very attentive to everything we needed. The apartment was spectacular and had a magnificent view, almost dreamlike. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, and on the first floor of the building there was a store, which made our life easier because we were traveling with a baby. Spectacular apartment that felt like home from the beginning. Perfect for kids, exploring outside of the bubble of the resort or just laying around the more than comfortable apartment. Exceptional facilities like the Infinity pool, the maintained and guarded beach and even access to the main irotama resort grounds. Would recommend to anybody thinking about going. We will definitely plan to come back!, Katy was nice and very responsive to our requests, very quiet and peaceful (even the shared areas) which is exactly what we were looking for, the personal were extremely nice, the jacuzzi was great and the instructions easy to follow and clear, the kitchen had everything that you could need and more.. there’s the Zazue mall very close which has all the restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores coffee shops hair salon and more..

The apartment's layout is great, it has everything you need to have a pleasant family stay, the finishes are nice and it has a good endowment. Every detail is designed to make you feel at home. The condominium's location is perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet and to be away from the noise, the pools are excellent and the access to the beach is a plus. On the first floor there are mini markets and about 10 minutes walk there is an Ara and a D1. If you want to travel to another area, taxis are available at the condominium's exit. Thanks to Cesar and Ligia for being attentive and ensuring that the stay was the best.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this private resort in Santa Marta! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed and welcomed. The property is stunning—beautifully maintained, with a fantastic pool area that our whole family enjoyed every day. There is a restaurant right on site, offering a variety of delicious options, and we loved not having to travel far. Our kids had a blast, and we felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Sebastian's apartment is very nice, it has a perfect decoration as seen in the photos. The sunset that can be seen from the apartment is definitely magnificent, the whole apartment is well equipped. Communication with Sebastian was very easy from the beginning, always making sure that everything was perfect for us, he was too proactive and friendly. I recommend it.

The attention and kindness of Luis, the host, was extraordinary. The apartment is cute and the photos show exactly what to expect. The condominium Reserva Del Mar is beautiful, modern, and very well designed. The beach is not the best option for ocean lovers.

I traveled with my family (my husband and 3 children) and we loved it. The apartment is a duplex, nice and very comfortable. Excellent location, you can leave the apartment elevator and a few meters away you have the shopping center with absolutely everything you need during your stay: supermarket, pharmacies, variety of restaurants, coffee, hairdresser and spa, boutiques... in short, everything at your fingertips. Zazué square is very nice and safe. Andrea responds very quickly and is always willing to assist in everything. We would definitely like to come to this nice place when we return to Santa Marta

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Santa Marta, Colombia! The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the beach, and offering stunning views. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It had a great kitchen and was well-equipped with three working AC units, which kept everything cool and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Wilson, along with Hilda, were incredibly kind and always available to assist with anything we needed. Nearby, there were plenty of restaurants and a few supermarket for any essentials. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The accommodation complies with everything you need to have a good stay, the place has very nice and private areas such as pools, beach, access to meals and lunches. César gave us very good instructions we had good communication, I recommend this place if you want to spend a quiet vacation with easy access to everything you need.

It's a really good location to watch the sunset. It was also nice to be able to use the hotel pool. The dryer is hot, so be careful when using it. It shrinks a lot depending on the material, so be careful. Everything else was good.
