Great apartment and Helena was always attentive during our stay. The location is perfect. You can walk to the beach or take a taxi. The staff of the complex are very friendly. I recommend this Airbnb in Santa Marta for family vacations.

From the first moment it was spectacular, Flexible Check-in. Mr. Jhon delegates the apartment's handover to the on-site team, so Mr. Nestor and the others were excellent hosts. The place is spacious, private, clean. The photos don't do it justice, it's so beautiful. The amenities are in excellent condition, clean and quite enjoyable. The beach is a bit rough, but it's understood as private so you enjoy it more. I'll be back for good.

The best thing about the place, in addition to the house being beautiful and its great location in front of the beach, is the attention of Mrs. Daimis and Mr. Manuel. We had a spectacular time, the house has everything you need and the location is privileged. The stay in Eny's apartment was magnificent, upon arrival there was no problem with the arrival by car and it is located near a shopping mall and supermarkets, which makes it easy to buy the necessary items. We spent amazing days in the stay. Mr. Ronald and Jhon were always super attentive, they helped us in terms of the activities we could do or what super markets to go for. The house is super cozy and we always had water🚿.

The house is beautiful, as in the photos, the administrator was very good she helped us with messengers, restaurants, but as for the beach it is far from the house not as proposed in the photos, the commerce is very retired from the house, I recommend the place when it takes its own car, otherwise it becomes a little strenuous to pay for vehicles to go to buy food or when other things are needed, in general everything is super well, I have the house in its very complete interior, comfortable and cozy

It is a spacious house, ideal for large groups, to get to the house there are quite a few stairs but in general no problem. It is approximately 15 minutes (walking) from the nearest beach in colorful wells, a nice and quiet beach. The shops are far away walking, better if they have a car or take transportation. Mrs. Patricia is very kind and don Pablo always responds to any situation or concerns. We would come back.

We had an exceptional stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Alana, who was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Her generosity was evident when she picked up breakfast snacks early in the morning ahead of our planned excursion—a gesture that truly made a difference in our stay. The accommodations were spacious, with ample shelf and closet space that provided convenience and organization. While some of the sliding bathroom doors could use minor repairs, this was by no means a significant issue and did not affect the overall quality of our experience. One delightful bonus was the presence of a charming and tame house cat who occasionally made an appearance, adding a cozy and welcoming touch to the home. Our only regret was not staying longer, as the experience was nothing short of wonderful. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-hosted stay.

The space of the house is quite cozy, bright and spacious and the attention of Laura and Marta was phenomenal. They were always very willing to resolve our concerns and requests and help us with everything we needed. The only thing to note for future guests is that the map on Google and even the real-time map on WhatsApp are a bit misleading and there are streets that you can't pass, even if the map says you can. This can cause setbacks on arrival (several people had the taxi not take them to the house, even though we shared the instructions Laura gave us).

The apartment is very spacious and perfect for family vacations, it has all the amenities, and the ZAZUE shopping center is a few steps away to eat or have a drink. The beach is about 3 blocks away, it was fine for us. They helped us with flexible check-in and check-out, considering that we were traveling with seniors Everything was perfect!!

We loved the place. The experience in both the care and the accommodation was exceptional. We would definitely come back. The only thing is that the suite itself did not have a view of the sea (part B) as the photo suggests.
