The place is very comfortable and convenient. Roadside parking was super easy and always available. L&K are very gracious, kind and thoughtful hosts. The wine and biscuit and milk in the fridge are really welcoming gifts at the end of a really long travel. Sound proofing of the unit was awesome - did not hear the traffic on the road, nor neighbors talking in the hallway or movements from upstairs. Kitchen is well equipped with appliances and table ware. It was a luxury to be able to use the coffee machine and milk steamer. Most of all, thank you L&K for providing ample coffee capsules and variety of teas that gave us a good start in the morning!

Rodger is an absolute legend—the best host you can meet!!!!! Everyone needs to experience this apartment when visiting Melbourne. Stayed 2 nights at Allan and Elizabeth’s listing. The place was as per photos and felt very clean and fresh. Host was kind to get the heating turned on for us before we arrived as it was a cold day. We chose this area as it was in close proximity to the massive Chadstone shopping centre and is between Melbourne and Phillip Island (penguins). Overall a very pleasant and easy stay. Do note to request for self check-in if required as we had the host wait up for us and we felt really bad!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s BnB. The place was very clean, nicely appointed, and comfortable throughout. Parking was easy, and the views of Melbourne were stunning. It’s a great location—very convenient to Southbank and central Melbourne, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Sarah was a very responsive and helpful host, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

We spent a great week at Jessica's flat in Northcote. It was an excellent location for visiting our daughter in Thornbury and close to trams and trains for central Melbourne The flat was extremely comfortable and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home Beautiful Art , great bed /linens, fab shower and guest supplies We loved watching the sunset and see the evening lights of the CBD from the communal terrace , very special Communication with Jessica was very good and thoughtful,always a quick response We would recommend the coffee and breakfast at The Bicycle Thieves at the bottom of the building and The Short Round and 1800 Lasagne 10 minutes walk up the Thornbury Road Loads of great restaurants in Northcote and Thornbury all within walking distance A fantastic week for us here in Melbourne

Amazing place right in the heart of Gembrook. We happened to catch the coffee and cars event in Gembrook which was so special and unexpected. We simply walked to dinner at the Independent and her place is across from IGA super market. Leah has a calm and clean place to relax in and unwind.

The place has everything you need, with complimentary water bottles, chips & lollies. We loved our stay in this place. Highly recommended! :)

Beautiful home. Incredible view. Friendly host. Great location for out of towners attending Helen's Hill Winery events. Wish we could have stayed another couple of nights and really enjoyed the location.

Clare was an absolutely amazing host and her house is incredible! I stayed here with my family the weekend after my wedding and it was so special. Clare was so accomodating and had assured we had everything we needed- including setting up a cot, high chair and other items for my baby nephew. The house was pristine and felt cosy and welcoming. It was in a great location and had enough space for all of us (4 couples and a baby). The cinema room was an added bonus to watch the footy on! I will never forget the memories we made at your airbnb Clare, reminising on the wedding and teaching the family the wedding dances on the back porch, thank you!

The Dune beach house was the absolute perfect escape for my partner and I. From booking , to champagne on arrival , the location , the gorgeous thoughtful intricate design of the house and decor , the huge projector and the most comfy couch I have ever lounged on , everything was just perfect. We would 1000000% be booking and staying again. Thank you guys so much for such a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah and Matt’s beautiful cottage near the Yarra Valley. Even though it was raining during our visit, the stunning views from the cottage more than made up for it — it was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The cottage was cosy, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — a clean bathroom, washer and dryer, Netflix, and even a Nespresso machine for our morning coffee. Sarah was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special highlight for my son was getting to meet their adorable family pony, Little Penny — such a sweet touch that made our stay even more memorable. We truly appreciated the tranquility of the surroundings and would highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Spent 3 nights here at Ben’s lovely place. There’s so many rooms and it’s suitable for large groups. So many amenities and games such as a pool table and table tennis table. Lots of board games as well. Nothing to fault and we had a fantastic stay here. Recommended for everyone!

We loved Gingers on the Hill. It feels like home and is full of thoughtful touches to make your trip away that little bit special. It's an elegant nod to the mid-century aesthetic and so comfortable and quiet. So great. Highly recommend.

Fantastic place, property manager Gerry was super friendly and helpful. Great views and fantastic for a lovely quiet book retreat for our group we only had a slight issue with how steep the driveway was in a manual, otherwise it was perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay and were grateful to call this wonderful apartment “home” if only for one night! The host was very responsive and friendly, making us feel supported and welcome. The thorough instructions provided made check-in and check-out easy and stress free. The central location was perfect for our needs and I would love to stay again future. The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

Great apartment for a weekend in Melbourne! Very spacious and spectacular views. Aster was a great host

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁

Peter was communicative from the initial reservation to final check out; from walking through the apartment door and seeing the stunning view to every part of the visit we were happy with our visit and would definitely book again - shame it’s not available for Christmas week.
