Privat small apartment with a separate entrance in a house from 1969. Nice, quiet and comfortable -perfect for one person and to stay longer. Full equipped smaller kitchen and a bathroom with shower, washing machine,comfortable bed, armchair, lots of wardrobes. You live by yourself and you don’t share anything. Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.

Detta speciella ställe ligger nära allt, vilket gör det lätt att planera din vistelse. Belägen i ett lugnt läge vid en grönskande park har man 7min promenad till citykärnan, restauranger & caféer. Gott om parkering och harmoniskt ljusinsläpp genom hela bostaden. Fungerande öppen spis, ekgolv, fräscht badrum samt rymligt kök. Bostaden är ca 100kvm och det finns bäddsoffa ifall man är 6personer. Området är ett av Uppsalas mest attraktivaste där man har nära till allt som staden har att erbjuda.

The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

Gammal charmig gårdsstuga i lugnt område där tomten angränsar till kommunala badstranden vid Vängsjön i Gottröra. Förutom bad och fiskemöjligheter finner du golf och padel endast ca 7 km bort. Utanför stugan finner ni bord och stolar samt en kolgrill. Vedspis finns för extra uppvärmning och mysfaktor. Stor trädgård fullt med leksaker för de små barnen t.ex gungor och trampolin. All nödvändig service finns i direkt närhet till bostaden. Här bor ni i hjärtat av Uppsala och vår målsättning är att gäster ska känna sig som hemma i ett boende där inget saknas. Det finns gott om parkeringar i området för bilburna gäster, avgift erläggs via app i telefonen.

Litet mysigt gästhus på en lummig tomt. 400 m från stugan ligger sjön Mälaren. Här kan man bada vid en brygga eller liten strand om sommaren och åka skridskor på vintern. Nära vackert naturreservat med grillplatser och fin skog. Stugan har ett rum och badrum. Här finns ett litet, men fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin. Det finns en säng (140 cm) samt en uppfällbar gästsäng (70cm). I badrummet finns tvättmaskin, dusch och toalett. Lakan och handduk ingår.
