THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Mysig och modern stuga på 30 kvm med sjöutsikt över vackra Bodasjön med egen roddbåt och delad tillgång till brygga med badflotte. I allrummet finns soffa, kök och matplats. Det moderna köket är komplett utrustat och de två panoramafönstren ovanför diskbänken ger en härlig utsikt. Separat sovrum med en dubbelsäng 160 cm bred. Badrummet är inrett med toalett, handfat, dusch, tvättmaskin med torktumlare, handdukstork samt golvvärme. Sovloft lämpligt för barn samt en bäddsoffa finns i stugan.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Unikt läge med vidsträckt sjöutsikt över Vänern med egen strand & klippor. I anslutning till huset ligger en stenbrygga som man kan bada & fiska ifrån. Totalt 6 bäddar med möjlighet till ytterligare 2. Stor altan med matbord, solstolar & loungeset. Huset är några min promenad till Svalnäsbadet, svamp & bärskogar & Hindens Rev. Ta gärna en kort utflykt till Läckö slott, Spikens fiskeläge, spela golf eller njut av Kinnekulle. Det finns något för alla oavsett vår, sommar, vinter som höst.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Sjönära landsbygdsdröm

Welcome to this newly built villa at the Swedish countryside. The house was finished in May 2023 and is fully equipped. Outdoor seating area, BBQ, AC, washing machines, Wifi and TV. Access to the lake for swimming is just a short walking distance away. Sauna can be accessed upon request, it is located on the host’s private property and is payed cash. Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Boendet ligger ute i en av västsveriges mysiga skogar. Här hittar ni ett rött torp med vita knutar som omringas av en stor gräsmatta där man med fantasin kan hitta på mycket kul med sin familj. I närheten ligger en populär sjö som kallas ”Hawaiihöla”. Sjön ligger mellan höga sanddynor och har turkost vatten vilket gör Hawaiihölan väl värd ett besök en varm sommardag. Varmt välkomna till vårt lilla torp!

Koppla av vid den mysiga braskaminen inomhus eller varva ner i bastun. Den perfekta reträtten för avkoppling och naturälskare. Stugan är naturligtvis fristående och ni bor där själva. En rolig fakta är att boendet har vart med i filmningen av filmen Åsa Nisse- Wälkom to Knohult.
