One of a kind cabin that features Spruce Creek and ponds right out of the back door. The Powder Pad is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin, 3 miles south of Breckendridge, CO. Guests will enjoy the activities, restaurants and shopping that Breckendridge and Summit County has to offer - yet, having the privacy and serenity of your own cabin. The cabin backs to hundreds of acres of wetlands and national forest. In the winter time, you can snow-shoe or hike right out of the back door. The cabin can sleep up to 6 adults and has 3 different decks off of the home. In the summertime, this definitely adds to the living space! Guests will enjoy the privacy of the setting of the Powder Pad. The cabin backs to beaver ponds, wetlands, Mt. Argentine and Borreas Pass. The cabin is only .25 off of Highway 9 and just a few minute drive from the shopping, restaurants and fun that Breckenridge has to offer. We are happy to help with any special requests or needs for our guests. Please don't hesitate to ask for advice, recommendations or any other considerations you may need to make your stay more enjoyable. We are very familiar with Summit County and love to offer any advice in terms of skiing, hiking, restaurants, spa, etc. The cabin is very private and quiet. We love to have big bonfires in the backyard in the summertime. In the wintertime, we love to snow shoe or hike right from the property, sit in the hot tub under the stars. The cabin backs to hundreds of acres of private land. This is what makes the Powder Pad one-of-a-kind! In the wintertime, you will need to have 4-wheel drive or an AWD vehicle. Snow tires are great, but not necessary. We have a separate Rental Agreement that must be signed in order to finalize the reservation. There is a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights. Over holidays, the requirement is a minimum of 4 nights. If a guest books a stay for a 1 month, 30 day rental, any additional days are charged the seasonal daily rate reflected in the calendar. The cabin is very private and quiet, backing onto hundreds of acres of private land. Overlook wetlands, beaver ponds, and national forest, or head to the shopping and restaurants of Breckenridge just a few minutes' drive away.

Pup ok- Original Lake Dillon Cabin 2 bed

Our place is great for couples, families, and anyone excited for a mountain adventure. WELL BEHAVED, non-barking dogs are welcome. We have an original Dillon cabin, that was built in 1934 and moved to Dillon Proper in 1970. It has rustic features and has been updated. This is a great place to stay with your family and friends and in a central location of Summit County. It's also within walking distance of downtown Dillon's restaurants, pubs, parks, Amphitheater, Dillon marina and beautiful lake.

Our cabin is in the perfect location for your Colorado vacation less than 4 miles from Breckenridge Ski Resort and Downtown. The cabin is in the fabulous Tiger Run RV Resort with access to clubhouse indoor pool and hot tubs. We have 2 primary bedrooms (1K, 1Q), 2 complete baths and extra sleep space. There's enough room in this 850 square foot home for 2 small families (as long as you get along!). High speed internet and a 60" TV available in case you just want to relax and stay in.
