Campsite vacation rentals in Upper Peninsula of Michigan

My husband and I decided to stop here on our way back to Saskatchewan! Lovely place. Cozy and quiet! The bed in camper #4 was phenomenal!! I honestly wished we had time to stay one more night. Next time we are in the area, we will definitely be utilizing this AirBNB!

10/10 stay. The camper had beautiful string lights, a fire pit and was an amazing weekend adventure. Lots of stars out at night which was great for stargazing. Lots to do in the resort including volleyball, billiards, basketball and more. Reservable EV charging for my Tesla (bring a 14-50R to 14-30P adapter as it uses the standard RV 220V). Most importantly, the hosts were responsive within minutes, welcoming and friendly. Overall we’d happily come back and had a wonderful weekend here.

Super easy to get to and very quiet. Would like a lower price option since there is no electric or water, but was convenient for what we needed. Great little spot!

POV was peaceful and beautiful. We went during mid October and the trees were stunning in the campground. It felt like we stepped back in time staying in the vintage camper. The Jim Dandy was perfect for a couples getaway ❤ Host were very accommodating and reached out to us first any time we could have had any questions. The rec room was fun to be able to hang out in and the view of lake was perfect. Will be coming back with the kids in summer!

We had a great time. It was a fun adventure to stay in an Airstream RV. We loved the location; it was just minutes from the beach and had great hiking trails.

we had a really pleasant stay. The bathrooms were really convenient and kept clean. Really liked that we could use any of the canoes, kayaks, etc available any time we wanted.

This bus is a dream. Warm and cozy, even in 30 degree weather. Placed on the sand river, across from public Lake Superior access. Jamie has this place decorated beautifully, and functionally. Was curious to see how the bathroom and water situation would pan out-it was easier and more convenient than expected. Only 20-30 mins from town/hiking excursions. We can’t wait to come back and stay in the bus again. Thanks for the memories, Jamie & Beautiful Marquette.

Lots of fun to be had at Linda’s establishment. We enjoyed the fire pit and the WELL stocked wood to accommodate our camp fire😊

Was beautiful! Hosts were very responsive, offered local recommendations and went out of their way to improve our stay beyond what was expected. Would definitely recommend staying.

Lovely property with an amazing and cute little cabin. Very private, we walked the woods and had bonfires. The hot tub was great! We would definitely come back!

The place was great. Swimming was difficult; slippery rocks for days (not literally). Brought something to float out to deeper water; much easier.

We loved the camping "feel" without the campground noise and chaos. It was a quiet getaway and close to good hiking trails and the lake towns.

It was adorable and much more roomy than you’d expect. We were so cozy and having a fenced in area for our dogs is worth its weight in gold. This definitely felt more like a tiny house than a camper. We walked to the local restaurant, got a delicious and giant pizza, and watched TV in the evenings after doing day hikes. The couch was comfy and the little propane heater was so nice for the chilly nights we had. We plan on staying here again, for sure!

My husband and I wanted a private, quiet get away for a couple of days and Dawson’s place did not disappoint. The trailer looked exactly like the photos we saw. Dawson was right there to meet us upon arrival. He offered a couple of recommendations and the opportunity to reach out to him for anything we may need. I’m guessing we aren’t his typical guests- a middle aged black couple- but we felt safe and comfortable here😊 We were surprised with flowers on the doorstep after returning from one of our adventures-which made us feel even more welcomed. If you’re not looking for the traditional hotel stay, or a cozy quiet place for two. You’ll want to book with Dawson!

Was a very nice stay. If you’re tall (I’m 6’3”) your feet might hang off the bed but it is a camper! Very clean and good location. Was a great price compared to most rentals in the area for summer/holiday weekends. Would recommend for someone who doesn’t mind a little bit of a tighter space for a great price and location. Plenty of toiletries and clear instructions. I was pleasantly surprised for my first time staying in a camper.

Just a beautiful place to spend a few days and nights ! RV was plenty roomy for the 2 of us. Very comfortable. Pontoon boat was a super duper amenity that was used 2-3 times each day for fishing and cruising. We will be back and highly recommend.

This was a perfect place for us! The location and amazing view made this a wonderful stay. We had not even left our kids were asking when we could come back. We saw loons, geese, ducks, swan, and a bald eagle while hanging out by our fire! Could not ask for anymore than what this property provided!

We had an absolutely wonderful time using Alyssa’s family camper! The camper had everything we need from chairs, linens to cooking utensils. Our host was very responsive to questions and helped us with some local things to do. Our kids even asked if we could take the camper back with us! We definitely recommend this place! Thanks for the great stay!

This place was such a treasure! We had so much fun! It was a back on his property with no light pollution, so we saw so many stars! The place was comfortable and clean as well! He was very kind and accommodating!

Teddy and Trella are great hosts, they were always there to help us in every situation, not just with the RV but others like the campfire, the lake and more. The Recreational Vechicle is in excellent condition, almost new; It was so comfortable and stylish, we wanted to experience how wonderful it was to stay in an RV and this place met all of our expectations. Thanks Teddy and Trella, we will definitely be back.

This property and tiny home are an absolute gem and sanctuary. I booked it literally last minute for a whole week and Nathan was very helpful and responsive. It’s amazingly well equipped, clean, comfortable. Nathan has put his heart into this land. The different layouts along the pond are such a treat. If you want to tune into nature and reset, or even do some writing or other creative work, this is a beautiful inspiration. If you stay, please treat it like a temple. You can feel and witness the good karma. The plant and animals are very happy here and will bless you!

I had took a couple days getaway this amazing place. Jen had greeted me when I got there and very nice making sure if need anything. The yurt was cozy inside and the outdoor shower was amazing. I can't wait to book again next season. Thank you for the stay!
