Süßes kleines Häuschen in idyllischer, ruhiger Waldrandlage auf Gartengrundstück. Toller Panoramaausblick ins Tal über Fichtelberg-Neubau. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fichtelsee und Naabquelle der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Mountainbike-Touren. Im Winter führt der Loipeneinstieg in nächster Nähe vorbei. Durch die Lage auf 800 m ü.d.M. ist es relativ schneesicher. Bei Schnee ist die Zufahrt direkt zum Haus nicht gewährleistet, je nach Straßenzustand muß 500m entfernt geparkt werden.

The Schloßberg is the starting point for beautiful hikes (Baumbilderweg, Hohenstein Castle, Rothenberg Fortress). The biker park offers challenges for cyclists. The nearby Igelwirt offers culinary specialities in Franconia. Breakfast buffet (registration the night before)! The Burgweg is located on the A9. Via the motorway in Nuremberg in about 30 minutes. Schnaittach has all the shopping facilities. Herdersdorf station to Nuremberg Enjoy the peace and seclusion of the castle mountain.

Die zweite Wohnung hier im Alten Schulhaus ist nach dem Hausbrand 2022 komplett neu renoviert . Viel Licht und Raum sind der erste Eindruck. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer großen Wohnküche mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, gemütlicher Couch-Sitzecke und einer Ess-Ecke. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Morgensonne und 1,80m breitem Bett und ein schönes Bad mit Dusche und kleiner Badewanne ergänzen die Wohnung. Mit dem Doppelbett und den 2 Schlafcouchen im Wohnzimmer haben 3-5 Personen/Fam.+Kinder Platz.

The mountain hut was built using regional craftsmanship from local spruce trunks, in the Canadian log cabin style. The house is individually and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. Our own Starlink system provides you with high-speed internet. Bringing pets is possible by arrangement. Our place is absolutely quiet. In just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideal for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with ski roller train and ski lift, sledding slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away.
