Hawthorne Cottage is a lovely recently refurbished limestone cottage in the glorious Derbyshire Peak District just steps away from Hartington village centre and its 2 friendly pubs, a perfect place for a relaxing break or for the more energetic there’s great walks (dogs welcome!) and cycling trails on the doorstep. We have the great advantage of 2 PARKING SPACES and a lock up for cycles. The terraced gardens afford views over the village and surrounding hills beyond.

Roachside Cottage is situated in the beautiful Roaches Estate, a former private estate and grouse moor, now owned by the Peak District and cared for by the Staffordshire Wildlife Trust. Friendly and knowledgable hosts who can give great local advice including walking and cycling routes and places to visit and dine out.

Merril Grove Farm Cottages for larger group stays.

Merril Grove Farm Cottages are barn conversions built around 1790 and are in the Peak District National Park, in between Longnor and Buxton, close to Bakewell, Chatsworth House and Alton Towers. There are 7 bedrooms and 9 beds sleeping 7 to 14 guests. Self catering or eat out in the two local pubs. We welcome dogs but we charge for their stay which pays for muddy paws and extra cleaning. £50 per dog to stay.
