Set in Farchant at the feet of Osterberg (mount) where a multiply tourist paths start. Very quiet and beautiful place ideal for hikers and mountain skiers with a best in the region Italian restaurant next door. There is a washing machine and a dryer you can use for 4€. We have a private garage that is free for you. The children can play around absolutely safely. Quite near there is an aqua-park you can visit during summer time.

On 35 square meters there is a small bedroom (optionally 90 × 200 or 2 × 90 × 200), a kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Private entrance via terrace (13 sqm).
