The location is great for people who love long walks & nature as we are surrounded by ancient unspoilt woodlands and rolling hills. We have a choice of three Forestry Commission Parks to visit.

Back to the fun stuff, this cosy cottage has many original features. Step outside and there is a private south-facing secure garden with lovely new large patio, and a gorgeous suntrap for most of the day. Free parking. Doggies and cats are most welcome. We are a 10 min walk to the town centre.

Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. We have adopted a green approach to living with photovoltaic electric and ground source heat pump underfloor heating. This self contained one bedroom bungalow has its own front door entrance and is a huge comfortable space to relax, rest and recuperate for a short break away or after work. It is available to book for one day or more and we offer a discount for monthly bookings.

Beautiful lakes, gardens, countryside and wildlife.
