The apartment is on the first floor of a small house with a quiet cul-de-sac location between the old village church, a Gulfhof and only 4 minutes' walk to the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum. Enjoy the wide view from the dike to the Ems estuary and the Dollart. Fresh sea air included. An ideal starting point for your excursions to the islands, Ditzum, the Krumhörn as well as the East Frisian cities of Emden, Leer and Aurich.

Our lovingly furnished apartment with kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom is located in a historic East Frisian workers' house from 1928. It is located on the outskirts of Aurich and is therefore both close to the city and close to nature. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing vacation near the North Sea coast and Wadden Sea. Feel at home with us!

An additional sleeping option is located in the living area. Two double rooms and 2 bathrooms are available for 4 or more guests. Terraces and barbecue can be used free of charge. Cycling and hiking trails start in front of the house. A swimming lake is 3 km away. The property is equipped with a smart TV, Wi-Fi and parking.

The house is absolutely quiet and offers the perfect place to relax. Our small forest and meadow offer many opportunities for children and adults to play. It is only 3 kilometers to Weserstrand. The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.
