Condo vacation rentals in Upham Beach Park

This is a beautiful, quiet and clean condo right on the beach. Great views and location to restaurants. The space had everything we needed stocked up.

The communication from Joy and Sol were excellent from the moment we booked the condo until the day we left. Sol responded quickly to all our questions. The condo was beautifully decorated and well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures online. Even though we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils you would need. There were 2 bottles of complimentary wine and a nice card from the host. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and manatees swim by. The fan on the balcony was an added bonus. It kept the air circulating so that you could enjoy the balcony during the day. The swimming pool was very close to the condo and all the grounds were well maintained. Items for beach was also available for our use. It included chairs, umbrellas, cooler and even beach towels. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend to all our friends. Thank you Sol and Joy for a wonderful week.

Condo was just as described. Place was immaculate and very clean. Short distance to the beach with a great small tiki bar next door to grab drinks at. Condo had beach chairs, umbrella and cooler that we used daily! Very great value for the location. We also discovered Freebee that was a free transportation service to go up and down St Pete Beach. Our only compliant was that the AC might have been broken because it kept getting higher when we had set it lower to cool off the place. Overall 10/10!

We loved our stay at Matthew’s place in Tierre Verde, FL. The host gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. This condo is also very child friendly and made travelling with our 2 year old a breeze. The condo was spotless and fantastic! We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay here! Amazing view and the space was just like the photos. Tons of beach stuff and I've never been in such a well stocked Airbnb! Lots of kitchen staples and supplies. Definitely will stay again when we're back in the area. Thanks, Patty!!

Amazing place right on the beach and walking distance to John’s Pass. Everything was just as advertised. Plenty of space and awesome view of the ocean from the balcony (the high Adirondack chairs on the balcony added a good touch and made for easy viewing). Easy beach access. Clean, Furnished nicely, and bed was comfortable. Has everything you’ll need for a fun relaxing vacation. We’ll be back!

What a great stay! Everything in the condo was just as pictured, very clean, easy to access and also walkable to restaurants. I loved the convenience of the having the beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach itself is beautiful and quiet. I would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

Beautiful, very clean condo, very clean pool. Great location only a short drive to Clearwater beach. Margaret was very responsive to our questions and was an excellent host. Would highly recommend staying at this location.

Nice little hideaway spot. Quiet clean and comfortable. The putting green is a nice touch.

My son and I stayed at "The Merry Yacht" when in town for Eckerd college dorm summer move in. Condo exactly as described and she and her husband were consistently kind and timely with communication. They did not hesitate to allow my son to check in a few hours after I reached out the morning we arrived with a request as we were exhausted from early morning travel. Quiet, condo so comfortable and homey; pristine throughout. Safe and short walk to Starbucks and one of our favorite restaurants in St Pete - Tiki Docks. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

My husband and I needed a little staycation after a stressful few months. The little apartment at the beach was perfect. The location was beautiful despite the fact that the area is still recovering from a few hurricanes last year. The host was also very helpful and gave some great recommendations. The only negative thing that I can say is that my stay was too short. I look forward to staying there again.

I escaped MN to find this hidden gem! It was everything I could have asked for and more! I enjoyed the pool throughout my stay and catched a glimpse of a few dolphins. The bed was extremely comfortable and the unit was quiet. There was SPF and aloe in the bathroom cabinet which was perfect because I needed both! Walmart is a short uber away for all of your grocery needs. Doc’s next door was great to walk to for a quick dinner and drinks. The only hiccup I experienced was that pest control needed to enter the unit to spray and didn’t give Alison much notice so she could ensure I was out of the unit. I can’t wait to come back to this gem next year!

This studio was a perfect and cozy little spot for my fiancée and I. Literal steps to the beach, ice cold AC, super clean, and very close to tons of shopping/eating/drinking spots. I would absolutely book this rental again for another weekend getaway!

Lyn is a wonderful host and the villa is just amazing! It looked just like the photos, right next to water, 2 minute walk to the beach, sparkling clean, has everything one needs for a wonderful vacation. Lyn was very kind to reach out in advance asking for coffee/cream preferences, and during the stay even offered to buy us dinner just to brighten our stay even more! She is super friendly and easy to talk to, and overall our stay could not have been better.

Absolutely loved staying in this condo. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful condo and property. Close to restaurants and shops. Had a great time and will definitely return.

My daughter and I went for a relaxing beach vacation. This place was in the perfect spot. A very quick walk to the beach and in driving distance to many restaurants and shops. The parking around the whole building was very easy and we never had an issue to find a spot. She also gave us a virtual parking pass for our whole stay. We loved the size of this place and the beds and pillows were so nice and comfortable. The shower to rinse off from the beach is right outside the entrance of our building which was nice. The pool was great as well and it felt spacious still even when other guests were in it too. Plenty of seating and umbrellas by the pool. Sarah had chairs and an umbrella for us to use too which was awesome as we flew here and couldn’t bring our own. There was also beach towels for us to use as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place and location! Be sure to bring all of the extra stuff like a beach bag and any beach gear. Would be nice to have some of those items at the house, other than that the house was great. We’ve stayed in the area before and highly recommend for breakfast La Croisette, Tiki Bagel. Dinners we liked Buoy, Toasted Monkey, and also down at John’s Pass we went to Pirates Pub and Grub and Bamboo Beach Bar and Grill. Coconut Charlie’s was great for a drink and lunch by the beach. Giuseppe’s Pizza was great for a pizza as well. We walked to all of the restaurants other than the ones at John’s Pass. Utilize Freebee, it’s a great perk of St Pete Beach for free transportation.

This stay was a beautiful location, had a private balcony with a view of the beach. A large kitchen and living room area is the first thing you’ll see, plus in room washer and dryer. Two separate bathrooms with showers was a huge convenience as well. Many restaurants around and location directly on the beach was wonderful.

Such a great spot for two! Hidden so feels a little more private. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk and there is amazing food spots all extremely local! We enjoyed every bit of our stay.

The location fit all of our needs. Room was clean and location was walkable to everything.

The unit was as described. It was only 10 seconds from our room to the pool and a minute or two to the Gulf.

The place is exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious and an easy 3 minute walk to the beach.
