Must have positive reviews to stay here. Private entry, Mother in law suite, located in the rear of our primary residence. It is a small space, one room, updated, in a safe and comfortable beach community. The space is located in the Upham Beach/Corey Avenue area. One Secure off street parking. No guest parking. No second car. No street parking. No unregistered guests. Outside space is shared with us, but plenty of room to store boards, bikes, other recreational equipment. No parties

Romantic little apartment which is the lower left half of the house next to Downtown Gulfport. Here you will find many shops, restaurants, and even a dancing hall a short walk away. We had a great stay. Kristin was very responsive. Location was very close to beach and lots of equipment available. Full kitchen was great. Overall a great experience.

This place was beautiful along with the decorations. It was a nice beach theme. The beach is also very close as well so the walk isn’t bad at all. The kitchen has almost every utensil you need and so does the bathroom. It was a bit hard finding our room but we figured it out. Other than that everything was great!

Great location and nicely decorated. Plenty of towels and it was nice to have the beach chairs and cart. The balcony door and screen were a bit tricky, definitely a 2- handed job to open and close. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Hope to come again!

For two teachers with two young kids wanting to get a beach break to start summer vacation this was the perfect place. It is a quaint space but we had everything we needed and the location and amenities were fabulous. Being able to walk to the beach and having a nice pool was a huge reason why we booked the it and it exceeded our expectations. When we arrived there was sand in the bed and the shower was not cleaned but it was fixed the next day, and when we tried to use the beach umbrella and it was broken, a new one was brought later that day. Kristen is quick to respond, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we would stay there again.

Looking forward to my next stay here! We loved the airbnb so much, it was walkable to the beach and surrounding restaurants/shops, the stay itself was super spacious and comfortable, the check in and check out process was very easy! We loved it and would definitely stay here again!
