Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich in unserem stilvoll und hell eingerichteten Ferienhaus am Großen Meer. Genieße aus allen Zimmern den wunderschönen freien Seeblick. Das Grundstück mit eigenem Steg und Bootsanleger, ist zur Südseite ausgerichtet. Der große Garten bietet neben einem gemauerten Grill auch ein lauschiges Plätzchen zum Relaxen in der Hängematte. Wir freuen uns, dass unser Ferienhaus vom DTV mit 5 Sternen ausgezeichnet wurde. Ein besonderer Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.

Upkammer

Die Maisonettewohnung hat im Erdgeschoss einen nach Nord / Osten ausgerichteten Wohnraum mit Ausblick auf die Zufahrt sowie die umliegenden Felder. Schlafkammern, ein Duschbad sowie ein zusätzliches WC liegen im Obergeschoss, wo früher Getreide gelagert wurde. Vier große Blockrahmen- Schiebefenster, die ihrem historischen Vorbild so weit wie möglich entsprechen, lassen viel Licht (und auch Luft) ins Wohnzimmer. Für Behaglichkeit sorgt ein Kaminofen in der fast 175 Jahre alten Ofennische.

Behagliches Mini - Tinyhouse am Großen Meer

Mein Tinyhouse am Großen Meer (ein Binnensee im Herzen Ostfrieslands) erwartet Euren Besuch. Die Ruheoase im Grünen liegt fußläufig zum Wasser. Das Tinyhouse verfügt über ein gemütliches hochwertiges Schlafsofa, Schränkchen, TV, sowie Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, ein Induktionskochfeld und Kaffeemaschine. Bei schönem Wetter lässt es sich im Garten in der Hängematte oder in Liegestühlen gemütlich machen. Für ein bis zwei Personen. Klein, aber besonders! Ideal zum Ausruhen und Entspannen.

Henni's Huus Upgant-Schott

Cozy apartment in the heart of Upgant-Schott, not far from the Störtebekerturm Marienhafe. The Norddeich coast can be reached by car within 15 minutes. There are beautiful beaches and the Wadden Sea as well as the ferry terminal of the East Frisian Islands. The fishing village of Greetsiel is approx. 17 km away. There are also beautiful bike routes to explore the beautiful area. Arrival/departure by train is no problem, the train station is about 1.3 km from the property

Mooie luxe ingerichte tent op het platteland

Uit deze charmante tent wil je nooit meer weg. De tent is volledig ingericht, een complete keuken en een "big green egg" om de heerlijkste maaltijden te bereiden. Heb je aan het einde van je dag geen zin om te koken dan doe ik dat graag voor je! Ook het ontbijt wil ik voor je maken terwijl jij heerlijk van de ochtendzon en het gekwetter van de vogels geniet. Er is een douche en toilet in de boerderij op 20 passen afstand helemaal voor jullie eigen gebruik.

The attic apartment with its 30 sqm is the perfect size to spend a few nice days for two or alone. The apartment is absolutely quiet and rural, on the outskirts in a cul-de-sac. In the bedroom there is a bed with the size 160 cm x 200 cm. A highlight is the shower, which is directly integrated into the bedroom. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Emden, Aurich, Norddeich, Greetsiel... Everything is between approx. 10-20 minutes away by car.

"Okko 14" Cozy townhouse with garden

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.

Fewo „Marienhafe“ in Osteel, 80 qm

Unser Ferienhaus „ Alte Schmiede“ in Osteel wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Ferienwohnung Marienhafe ist ca. 80 qm groß. Die Wohnung ist im modernen Landhausstil eingerichtet und befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss. Alle Zimmer sind auf einer Ebene. Ein großer Garten von ca.m 1300 qm lädt zum Toben und Relaxen ein. Dieser ist für alle drei Wohnungen zugänglich.

The cottage is located on the edge of a wooded private weekend settlement. It is generously sized, bright, modernly furnished and very well equipped. It is heavenly there in every season & perfect for a short or longer break in the idyll! For the summer months, there is an in-house stand-up paddle board (SUP).
