An ideal starting point for your excursions to the islands, Ditzum, the Krumhörn as well as the East Frisian cities of Emden, Leer and Aurich.

A vacation for the soul on an East Frisian farm

We live on a farm in a quiet secluded location in the middle of East Frisia with our cattle, horses, chickens, dogs and cats. Shopping and restaurants are 2 km away. And plenty of bike paths to worthwhile destinations - swimming lakes, open-air museums, climbing park.... We'll be happy to give you tips. For our guests there are two bedrooms to choose from - a single bed and a queen size bed. We are non-smokers and ask our guests to refrain from smoking inside the house.

The vast landscape and the fresh North Sea air make the stay feel extra special.

My place - apartment "Mina" - is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, bakeries, restaurants, ferries to Norderney and Juist, surf/kitesurf school, Norddeich Mole train station. You'll love my place because of the light, relaxation by the sea, coziness, location, sea view over the dike. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and families with 1-2 kids. You can expect covered beds and fresh towels - you don't have to bring anything but anticipation!

Our apartment Deichmöwe is honestly not named after any real seagull species, but its name is an allusion to its fantastic location within the traffic-calmed Möwennest. The approx. 76 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of the house in An't Hellinghus 1C. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is impressive for, among other things, its fireplace, sauna and modern furnishings. In addition to an unfenced garden, a car parking space belongs to the apartment.

Lüttje Kluntje Brookmerland

The attic apartment with its 30 sqm is the perfect size to spend a few nice days for two or alone. The apartment is absolutely quiet and rural, on the outskirts in a cul-de-sac. In the bedroom there is a bed with the size 160 cm x 200 cm. A highlight is the shower, which is directly integrated into the bedroom. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Emden, Aurich, Norddeich, Greetsiel... Everything is between approx. 10-20 minutes away by car.

Our vacation home "Alte Schmiede" in Osteel was furnished with a lot of love for detail. The Greetsiel apartment is about 90 m² and furnished in a modern country house style. The apartment is on two levels. The bedrooms are located in the spacious attic with rustic wooden beams. Pure romance! A large garden of about 1300 m² invites you to romp and relax. This is accessible to all three apartments that are in our "Alte Schmiede".

Hier wohnt ihr in zentraler Lage der wunderschönen Seehafenstadt Emden, innerhalb der frühneuzeitlichen Stadtbefestigung und heutigen Naherholung- und Grünanlage der Stadt Emden. Die Innenstadt, mit seinen vielfältigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, dem berühmten Dat-Otto-Huus und dem Hafentor am Emder Delft, liegt nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist umgeben vom Emder Wall mit den seinen malerischen Grachten.

The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.

The apartment includes a spacious terrace with a small lawn. The mandatory guest fee, which applies to the municipality of Norden-Norddeich, will be charged separately by us. You will receive your guest card from us upon arrival.

Our apartment is located in the former residential wing of a listed and extensively renovated Gulfhof in a secluded location, directly on the dike, in the middle of a bird sanctuary. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden lattice windows with great views of the East Frisian expanse and modern furnishings with a lot of love for detail make this apartment a place to feel good.

The 53 sqm apartment is located on the south side in a listed farm (rural location) that is no longer used for agricultural purposes. For entertainment, satellite TV, a 5.1 Dolby surround sound system with radio and a DVD player are available. Wi-Fi is available, but the transmission rate is very poor. Garden terrace use and barbecuing is possible by arrangement.
