We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

WICHTIG! Das Appartement verfügt über drei Zimmer, aber je nach Anzahl der Personen, die buchen, werden die Bäder und Zimmer freigeschaltet. zB. 2 Personen = Doppelzimmer. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer besonders schönen und modernen Aufstockung im Zentrum von Linz. Sie ist sehr großzügig und verfügt über zwei Balkone zu einem ruhigen Innenhof und einer Terrasse mit Ausblick über die Stadt. Große Verglasungen durchfluten die Wohnung mit viel Licht.

Ferienwohnung

Genieße das einfache Leben in dieser ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Es gibt aber auch viele andere Möglichkeiten in der näheren Region. Wandern oder shoppen ist im Nahbereich möglich. Von April bis Oktober ist am Wochenende oder an Feiertagen eine Gaststätte und Museum im Nebengebäude Nachmittags oder Abends zu besuchen.
