The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

Enjoy our garden and feel free to eat apples, plums, peaches and cherries straight from the trees (obviously depending on the season ;-) Have breakfast and coffee or simply chill out on our spacious balcony with the mountain views. Children will surely enjoy the garden house with slide, swings and the sand box while parents will cook delicious BBQ.

The quiet terrace overlooking the Dachstein/Krippenstein offers plenty of space (30 sqm) for relaxation. We offer 2 double bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room, bathroom with bath and shower, washing machine and hair dryer. Furthermore, we offer a parking space, 1 flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. The small studio apartment includes a living room and bedroom in one. A beautiful country kitchen including stove and dishwasher as well as a coffee maker are also available. The bathroom is very spacious and equipped with toilet and shower. Although located on the main road, the apartment is very quiet.

Vacation home on the Traun

The quiet apartment is on the first floor and has a size of 34 m². The balcony offers another 7 m² and is equipped with sliding glass elements. These can be easily moved and offer a fantastic view of the Hoher Sarstein and the passing Traun. Free parking with a barrier system is also available. The center of Bad Aussee is within walking distance of a few minutes, and various shops are in the immediate vicinity.
