Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Untersee

We had a lovely stay in this cozy home located in a peaceful and authentic Swiss neighborhood — even more charming than some touristy towns nearby. The place had everything we needed: a full kitchen, washing machine, large fridge, and ample space for luggage. The nearby butchery and bakery made meals super convenient. Parking was easy, and the location is great — just a short walk to Lake Brienz, perfect for catching the sunrise. A couple of things to note: the staircase to the second floor is quite narrow, so bringing up large suitcases can be tricky. Also, the bed is on an upper deck with a very low ceiling — bumped my head a couple of times. Despite these, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this spot for a quiet, well-equipped base in a beautiful local area.

This rental and location were superb. James was very responsive to questions. Loved how walkable it was to the train station and restaurants. We spent a day at Mt Pilatus and a day on the Stoos Ridge hike. One of the rooms had air conditioner issues, but James was working to have it repaired. The rooftop terrace was delightful for morning coffee and evening night caps. Would definitely recommend!

Nothing short of amazing! It was an absolute delight to stay at Steffi’s place for our 2nd year anniversary celebration and we were greeted by not just a friendly and cheerful host personally at the door but probably the most stunning view of any Airbnb we’ve stayed in! Steffi herself to the time to meet us, give us some very nice tips which added that much more to our experience of the area. The apartment was clean and everything was catered to so you had the feeling you were pampered all the time. Even though there is a bus connection, we were fortunate to be able to get there by car which made the place very accessible to us and helped us visit Bern and other cities quite easily. Although, a great hike is only a stone’s throw away with some wonderful trails already starting as you step out the door. We would give Steffi more than 5 stars if we could and would be more than happy to recommend her place! :)

The view is everything! Must have a car if in this area, garage is provided and nice to have. The washer and dryer is very convenient. Home is well depicted in pictures. Television is upstairs only. A big plus is the access to the hotel spa and pool, very conveniently located just a 2 min walk. The mattress in our opinion was far too soft for our liking but that is our preference. Overall nice place and would recommend. If we are looking to stay in the same area again we would be happy to come back.

very relaxing place with blackforest walk just behind the apartment. apartment is well kept, beautifully designed and clean. all instructions are available. five min drive from Triburg (Waterfall) location. the place is just perfect for two. the host lives in the adjacent unit and we regrer that this advanced ways of contact less transaction (keyless entry) didn't make it possible to meet Sonja and thank her and compliment her in person.

Diese zauberhafte und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Unterkunft war für uns genau das Richtige. Mitten in den Weinbergen, umgeben von Natur konnten wir eine wunderbare Auszeit genießen. Verena und ihre Familie haben uns herzlich empfangen und es uns an Nichts fehlen lassen. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein und Offenburg ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Am Abend konnten wir mit Blick ins Grüne bei einem Saunagang entspannen. Es war so schön! Vielen Dank, Verena!

One of the Best Airbnb Stays We've Had! This villa was truly one of the best Airbnb properties we’ve ever stayed in. It’s a spacious house with all modern amenities, beautifully maintained and perfectly located. The views of the Black Forest from both the living room and bedroom were absolutely stunning. The large balcony with a dining table made it perfect for enjoying meals with a breathtaking view. The villa also has a beautiful garden and a lovely outdoor sitting area, perfect for relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. The private sauna and wellness area were a fantastic bonus — we wish we had booked a couple more days to enjoy it even more! Melanie was a wonderful and friendly host, making our stay even more comfortable. Just a note for future guests: having your own transportation is essential, as there’s no public transport nearby. We’re already looking forward to visiting again!

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub im Höri-Ferienhaus! Wir waren dort mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind. Die Aufteilung und Ausstattung des Hauses ist einwandfrei. 4 Schlfzimmer mit bequemen Betten, ein toller Wohn-/Essbereich und eine Küche mit allen Geräten, die man braucht. Für einen Urlaub mit Kind absolut empfehlenswert: Kinderbett, Stuhl, Spielsachen, alles vorhanden. Es war alles sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen es auch gern weiter!

Wir haben uns durch den persönlichen Check-In bei Daniel und Martin direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus entspricht absolut den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Daniel und Martin haben das Haus mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, sodass hier an nichts fehlt und man sich wie zu Hause fühlen kann. Die Wanderwege und Umgebung laden zum abschalten ein. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder. Herzlichen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt.

Slim pickings in this area so we were happy to find Mai and Thomas's place near Frauenfeld so we could be near to family we were visiting. All worked quite well and they were helpful in accommodating us six and a baby, including providing a crib. There are two bedroom areas with a queen and a twin in each, so three sleep in each room. Kitchen is small but fairly well-stocked. Dining room is ample with a large table. Single bathroom with barrier-free shower so water gets nearly all over the bathroom when you shower. Bath was well-stocked with soap, shampoo, etc. All in all it was a very good stay. Thanks!

Myself and my wife traveled from the uk to Christian’s property in rexingen in may 2025 , self check in was easy with a lock box containing the key to the property, Christian was always on hand to answer any questions I had. The home was spotlessly clean and as described in the listing , We felt at home straight away , Everything you need for a stay is provided , Towels , iron , washing machine , tumble dryer bed linen etc etc , It was like home from home , The area is quiet and peaceful because the property is set in a quiet location , most Black Forest attractions are a hours drive or you can take a 5 minutes walk from the property and you are within the forest with various nature walks of different lengths to choose from all starting from the property if you choose not to drive , We had a lovely evening meal in Horb at morgenland but would recommend you book in advance , A lovely weeks stay we had here and would recommend this accommodation,

Stayed for a week in May with our 3 teenage kids, the whole family enjoyed the breathtaking views, the traditional Swiss feel, lots of local adventures We will all miss the sounds of the cow bells 😍 already planning a winter trip back, Nicole was a wonderful host and we couldn’t have wished for more

Very clean. Amazing view and pool is great. Close to town for market and well stocked kitchen with wonderful hi-end appliances. Neighbors are closer than appear in photos and can be noisy at times mowing and just living life. Heat wave while there and with no AC it was warmer than we would have liked even when windows are open. Nothing owner could do about that. Screens would help keep bugs out but that would take away from views. Owner very responsive and helpful when needed. Would stay here again for sure if available. Thank you! we loved it.

We came as a family with two small children + grandparents. The place is really nice! It’s a big house with amenities as listed (and more!). Simon was very nice, responsive, and friendly. It’s close by to supermarkets (Coop and Volg within 5 minutes walking distance) and train station with great connection to/from Romanshorn, St. Gallen, Schaffhausen, etc. The price is reasonable considering Switzerland area and the size of the house. Highly recommended!

This is a very good residence, and the owner, Tina, is very nice. The reply to the question is very fast, and the small blackboard with the welcome written on it is very touching. There is hot water for 24 hours, which is enough for five people to take a bath. The scenery is also very good, and you can see the snowy mountains on the balcony. That is, you can hear the noise of the train when you open the window, but the good thing is that the window is very soundproof, and you can't hear the noise when you close the window. In short, this is a wonderful trip to Switzerland!

Jana is een vriendelijke host. Zeer behulpzaam en outgoing. We voelde ons op ons gemak. Het appartement is zeer schoon en ruim. We mochten tegen een kleine vergoeding gebruik maken van de sauna. Zeker aan te raden.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Rita. Meine 6 Jährige Tochter wurde sehr herzlich von Rita empfangen und direkt auf den Hof entführt. Dort dürfte Sie mit einem kleinen Traktor fahren. Auch in der Wohnung gab es einen kleinen Bauernhof aus Holz und andere kleine Spielsachen. Also für einen Urlaub mit Kindern ist es einfach echt schön. Kann es daher wärmstens empfehlen.

We had the best time at this place! The layout was much larger than it looks. We had plenty of space. The tap water was so fresh to drink. It was close to all the attractions. It was so clean! The view of the mountains and castle was perfect. We had the best time!

Our family of 5 used Nicole's place in Unterterzen as a home base to visit Switzerland. The apartment was clean, larger than we expected based on the pictures and description, and easily walkable to the train station and grocery store. The kitchen was very well appointed compared to other Airbnb's. The lake and surroundings are grogeous, with easily walkable paths and is close to the Gondola up to Flumersberg and the ferry to other cities around the lake. Everything at the apartment was operational and instructions from Nicole for checkin / checkout were very clear. Nicole was responsive to any questions and needs. We very much enjoyed our stay in Unterterzen and had many memorable experiences we will carry for the rest of our lives.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist mit allem möglichen ausgestattet, es gibt viele Spiele und Bücher - auch ein Geduldspiel, das wir leider nicht lösen konnten 😅 In ca 8 min an der Bushaltestelle, wobei der Bus am Sonntag nur sehr sporadisch fährt. Zu Fuß ist man aber auch in ca 15-20 min am Paula-Modersohn-Platz und von dort mit der Stadtbahn Richtung Freiburg. Würden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen!

Wir waren zum dritten Mal bei Peter und Heike und wie immer rundum zufrieden! Wir freuen und aufs nächste Mal! Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber, hat alles nötige zum Kochen und Backen und ist einfach super gemütlich. Der Garten und die Gartenbank laden zum Entspannen ein.
