A direct hit in everything. The weekend was very special for us as an international group of friends, the nonchalant luxury of having everything there (e.g. portafilter, Thermomix, sauna, projector) the view and the campfire overlooking the mountains exceeded all expectations, thank you Philipp and Viki!

We stayed for one week in February, single mum with 3 children. Lenny could not have been more helpful. We arrived late so he advised us where we could get some supplies for the morning and even helped arrange Ski hire and Tuition which proved to be fabulous value for money. The apartment was spacious and although I'd booked a smaller apartment with a view to my children sharing a sofa bed, Lenny kindly reallocated rentals to other adult only guests so that we could have the apartment with the bunk beds. The location was also fantastic. Opposite the piste to look out at night and with the ski bus stopping right outside - as did the local bus service. After some travel disruption we discovered getting to Lenny's from Munich Airport was a doddle by train and bus. Cannot recommend this place enough will 10000% book again. We had an incredibly wonderful time in this nice house with our two daughters. It was very spacious, with good beds and quiet decor and especially phenomenal views. It often seemed like a painting that always changed by the time of the day and the weather conditions, but again and again! We also loved the sweet horses. We enjoyed hiking nearby, the waterfalls at the Achensee and the nice trips to the cities, Innsbruck and Munich. We'd love to come back sometime!
