The beautiful country house, first mentioned in 1604, is located in the center of a village in the foothills of the Alps, in the west of Munich. Due to its location it is not only the perfect place for excursions, but also a beautiful retreat for families and travelers who want to spend their vacation in an extraordinary house with a special style. House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Sustainable eco-wooden house with garden in the Allgäu

We offer a very special wooden house with barrel sauna right at the gateway to the Allgäu. Centrally located to take numerous excursions or simply spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! Top equipped Bulthaup kitchen, large solid oak wood table in the center. On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.

Living cube in the garden (heated)

A special, romantic place to stay! It still smells of fresh wood, which the cube consists of inside and out. From the round window you have a wonderful view into the garden of a historic, former schoolhouse, whose house-in-house loft apartment is also rented via Airbnb (see separate Airbnb listing). On the wood and stone terrace in front of the cube, you can relax wonderfully and have breakfast with birdsong in the morning sun. Lovely!
