Unsere neue Fewo "die Stub" ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für eureTouren ins Vilstal und die umliegende Bergwelt da wir schon mitten im Waldgebiet sind. Neuschwanstein ist mit dem Auto nur 25 min entfernt. Nach einer Tour könnt ihr in der Vils die Füsse kühlen oder in die umliegenden Badeseen springen. Im Winter sind verschiedene Lifte ca 25 min mit dem Auto entfernt oder ihr macht eine Schneeschuhtour vom Haus aus. Der Ortskern ist 3,5 km entfernt wo ihr alles nötige kaufen könnt.

Cozy apartment in the old town of Kempten

A large bedroom and dining room, from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom are accessed. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (only via Internet) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with a floor-level shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. A parking space is not included with the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for approx. 20 euros per day.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.
