Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in University Place

Another wonderful stay! This is my second time to enjoy these accommodations, and I’ll always stay here when I’m in the area. The bed is SO comfy, hot shower, coffee and sweet cream, chocolates, water bottles… just a great stay. Such a cute little apartment! 💗

Really great spot, perfect for two! The patio gives a beautiful sunset view. Instructions were super clear and host was responsive when we needed. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to recover after surgery. The variety of places to sit and relax was excellent. Really enjoyed the outdoor sitting areas. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook including good quality knives and cookware (much better than many other places I've stayed). Lots of thoughtful details like beach towels and chairs, outdoor blankets, binoculars to watch birds and boats, extra blankets and pillows. The host was responsive to a couple of special needs and we enjoyed the baked goods they provided. It is a bit of a drive to restaurants or grocery stores which was fine for us. It was perfect for rest and relaxation.

Great little place! Full kitchen which is what I needed. Loved the location.. that was perfect. Small quirks, like the doors being different sizes.. bedroom door is a little short (but only for my 6ft 4 boyfriend who kept hitting his head lol), otherwise that didn’t matter. It was charming and everything we needed. Easy access to the train station, restaurants, and when at ‘home’, Netflix & other tv apps worked great. Would go back again!

I appreciated how friendly Beth is and I’m so grateful they have an Airbnb. The space had gorgeous views of the sound kitchen two bedrooms full bath. It was on a nice sized property felt very private and safe. Beth was great at communicating and helping us know how to get in and how to check out. Anderson Island is a beautiful place with kind residents. We highly recommend Beth’s place at Anderson Island!

This Airbnb was in a beautiful neighborhood. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable-the big three most important things I look for. Loved it, and would highly recommend!

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

This was such a wonderful place to stay. It was so quiet and peaceful, the park close to the house was amazing. The house was exactly as described and was perfect for what we needed. Tanya also went above and beyond to serve us. Our car battery ran out and she came immediately to help us jump our car. Just amazing, I would greatly recommend!

This was our second time staying at Harvey House. We loved having two bathrooms. The location was perfect for graduation weekend at the University of Puget Sound. We love that it is a single story rental as well, and that there was a washer-dryer and easy parking.

Our stay at Cecil and Shelly’s AirBNB was absolutely fantastic—our first time using the platform, and it exceeded all expectations. They are truly exceptional hosts who made us feel safe, comfortable, and welcomed throughout our 3-month stay. Their home is spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained, with a very dog-friendly atmosphere that we appreciated greatly. The nearby parks provided great outdoor spaces for walks and exercise. I was able to work from home five days a week without any issues, thanks to the peaceful and well-equipped environment. Cecil and Shelly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and their hospitality made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful place and hosts and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, convenient, and comfortable place to stay for an extended period. Truly, it was a memorable experience!

Cute place in a great location. It had all that we needed as well. Host was responsive to our questions. Overall, great place to stay if you want to be close to a city and also have plenty of outdoor stuff to do.

My dog Luna and I had a wonderful stay at Felix & Panyas home. It was setup perfectly and the backyard was ideal for our stay too. definitely recommend and would love to stay here again in the future.

My daughter and her Firefighter husband live just 4 blocks away so this was an ideal place to stay when I traveled with my youngest daughter to visit them and their new baby! (Her house is too small to accommodate guests now with the babe!) This house is adorable and in the cutest neighborhood in Tacoma. Super clean and stylish with simple modern comfort and charm. The backyard is a great spot to chill and have a glass of wine in the evening and the kitchen is well equipped. Probably the best selection of teas I’ve ever seen offered at an Airbnb and the coffee supplies (French Press) made a delicious cup each morning. Proctor neighborhood is safe and beautiful and just a quick walk to grocery, coffee, restaurants and bars. I will definitely put this on my “speed dial” for whenever I visit my daughter!

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The house was quaint and so well decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and plenty of room to hang and store our clothes for the week. We had everything we needed and more. The house was spotless. Monica thought of everything for her guests. We will definitely stay at this house again on our next trip to Tacoma. I highly recommend Monica for the entire experience!

All communication was via Airbnb app and sufficient detailes were provided. The host even let me know that the place was clean/available before the promised check in time. The appartment was clean and nice. On the negative side, the flooring was squeaky (noisy) and netflix was listed in the advertisement but was not available in the tv.

We absolutely loved our stay! Toni Marie made everything so easy and the apartment exceeded our expectations from all the little touches to the surprisingly comfy sofabed to the serene rooftop. If we had to single out a favorite detail, it’s the big surrounding trees that make the apartment feel like it’s in the middle of a city park. Everything was perfect and we didn’t want to leave!

I enjoyed my stay. I feel like I was serviced well and the Airbnb was a great place to stay for my weekend. Would highly recommend

We just had an amazing time in Robert’s place - made extra special because we could park our car easily there and go absolutely everywhere by foot! The apartment was extremely well equipped, comfortable and Robert was an exceptionally responsive and proactive host. We’ll be back!

Great location and awesome host.

The location was perfect! On the waterfront and close to everything. The hosts allowed us to check in early and were very responsive. The condo had everything we needed and was very nicely decorated!

The AirBnB was perfect for a week long stay in Seattle. Its right in downtown, so you can walk down and get to restaurants, shops and more. Pike place and waterfront are at walking distance too. I could go on runs with my dog along the waterfront. Its a secure building which made the experience more safe and relaxed for me.

Great Airbnb and great location!!! Would highly recommend!!!
