Warm, very bright 135m2 big apartment with terrace and breathtaking panoramic view over Paris on the 26 floors of a prestigious residence on the banks of the Seine, 10 minutes from the Champs Elysees and at the gateway to the La Defense business district. Residential area close to all shops. I do not accept any form of party! Ideal apartment to relax, work, enjoy the surroundings and/or visit Paris. The bedrooms are pleasant and the view from the balcony is calming (Eiffel tower). You will be 15 mn away from the RER B that takes you to Paris center or Charles de Gaulle airport. The tramway T1 - down my building - takes you to the metro 7 and 13. Facilities for sports events or concerts are near the apartment (Saint-Denis Basilica, Stade de France ...). You can use a private, secured, underground parking spot.
