Monthly Rentals in University Heights

Christine’s place was perfect for our trip. House was awesome and she went above and beyond to accommodate us. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Christine!

Perfect space for my mom, husband and I to stay for a family graduation! Lauren was proactive and helpful. She even had snacks available. There was a bit of a musty smell but got used to it quickly. We were warned that the permanent tenants dog would bark to say hello, which he did, but was in fact quick to settle down. All in all an adorable, well thought out space with great extras!

We couldn’t wait to write our review of Ryan’s wonderful condo. From the initial reservation to the final check out Ryan’s communication has been as good as we have ever had for an Airbnb. we picked this spot for its proximity to the University of Iowa campus as we were there for a graduation. We quickly noticed its incredible closeness to Kinnick Stadium, and The University of Iowa hospitals. I can see where it would be popular on game weekends. The condo had all of the amenities you could ask for. It was very clean and we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. If I could do more than five stars I would. We looked at a number of different locations to stay and are so glad we landed on this one. You should too you won’t be disappointed.

I had a two week stay at Mark’s place for a job and it couldn’t have been a better experience. 10/10 recommend and would gladly stay again!
