Nestled in-between the Montlake cut and the Seattle Yacht Club, this studio is near many parks, including the Arboretum, Portage Bay, and Japanese Gardens. Many trails surround the neighborhood, with shops, cafes, and the university close too. Lime Bikes, Ride Share (Car2Go & ReachNow), local buses and the Light Rail are all available in the neighborhood. Uber/Lyft/Taxis are easily accessible.

This space is great for Couples, families, and business travelers alike. The apartment has its own heating/cooling system separate from the house.
