This place had an amazing view and the space was big and super clean. The only thing was that the bed wasn’t too comfortable but other than that everything was worth the price. Location was quiet and perfect to get to places like el Yunque and Ceiba Ferry. I definitely recommend this place!

The home was very clean and welcoming and you will be greeted with a beautiful view of Hull Bay beach. The hosts were fast and very responsive when contacted and made the check in and check out very easy. The home had amenities like beach chairs, snorkel gear, floating devices and much more. The location of the home is perfect to get to many other beaches and local spots in a short amount of time.

13 Sol is dreamy. We were looking for a place with a great outdoor space, views, proximity to touring the town. The terrace was amazing for all times of the day especially breezy evenings. The stairs are no problem and are to be expected in most upper level stays in Viejo San Juan. The place has great character, all the necessities plus extras, is well cooled and is by far the best airbnb we’ve stayed in. All of Viejo is walkable and 13 Sol is in the best pocket of the town with a peaceful street, the best history literally two to three blocks away and the best coffee around within a block or two. Shower was nice and hot, bed perfectly comfortable, WiFi is strong and everything else as it should be. Don’t wait, just book it. It’s the place you want to stay.

Jamie’s place was absolutely amazing, view from the patio cannot be described in words, way too beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked and she left a few beers in the fridge which was a nice surprise. Kids felt at home right away thanks to all the toys. She also had a lot of beach toys and snorkeling gear for us to use. Jamie’s place was also close to all the beaches we wanted to visit, grocery stores and good food. Jamie was always made sure she communicated ahead of time in case of any power outages to help us plan our activities. Overall don’t think twice before booking Jamie’s place!!!

Morisa’s place was super clean. Excelent amenities and perfect location. Thank you for everything and for being an amazing host. We had the best time in St. Croix. See you son!

Beautiful view of Red Hook and St. John! Pat was very helpful getting us to the house and showing us around. This place is a great home base for traveling all around the islands. Ferries are down the hill to take you to St John or BVI. Home was cozy and has A/C when you need it. Felt like a second home for the few days we stayed. The driveway is a bit tricky. But totally worth it to have a place with this great of a view!

Great place to stay, especially to be on the water and out/away from the city, but still close enough to restaurants and great beaches. Fun boat tours and activities depart just walking distance from the apartment, so it really worked out well for us that way as well. Apartment was modern, and we really appreciated having chairs, coolers, and other beach equipment.

Wonderful place to stay! It felt private and safe. It was a little challenging to get to, but as with anywhere on the island, without the adventure you don’t get the views! Stacie had exceptional communication, including a guide for nearby beaches/restaurants/grocery stores. Very clean. What stood out most were the “extra” amenities. We made use of the beach chairs, beach towels, a pair of snorkeling fins, etc., even the first aid kit! Would highly recommend!

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. The property is gorgeous; like in the pictures. Spacious, super clean and very well equipped. Getting there was a little frustrating; the Google maps pin originally provided took us to a different home. That homeowner told us that it had been happening lately: strangers showing up at his door. We contacted Emily and she provided another pin that took us to the house. In general, the roads in St. Thomas are very narrow and not in good condition in many places and to get to the house, there are steep hills, hairpin turns and switchbacks. We had 2 families departing at different times on our last day and in spite of contacting many taxi services, only 1 agreed to come to the house and they wanted to charge $150 for a 10-minute ride to the airport! Emily went out of her way to help us but we ended up all going to the airport at the same time.

Stayed here for 2 days and absolutely loved every second. Location is beautiful, view is priceless and even better than in the photos. Danielle is a great person , drove me and my fiance up the long hill when we were already running a little late after checking out which she didn’t have to do at all. Overall had an amazing experience , only thing I will say is make sure you rent a car or else it will be a lot more difficult for you to get around and see places , area is perfect for a nice romantic getaway but make sure u have a car because transportation/taxis don’t like to come down to pick you up at this location and they’re also much more expensive. We had a terrific stay in this beautiful home. Everything was so convenient and the pool was very relaxing! We would definitely recommend this home to anyone and would love to come back and visit again sometime!

From the moment we arrived, the host’s hospitality was outstanding: very kind, attentive, and always available for any questions or local recommendations. The place was spotless: clean, beautifully decorated, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, the WiFi was fast, and the atmosphere was very peaceful — perfect for relaxing. The location was also ideal. Just minutes away from the main attractions, but in a quiet and safe area. Without a doubt, we would 100% recommend this place and hope to come back very soon. This was a great stay for us. Plenty of room and a beautiful view. The house was comfortable and had all the things you could use for a beach trip. We enjoyed it very much!!!

We enjoyed Lili’s place a lot. It’s in a pretty rural area with nice neighbors. The house was super comfortable and very clean. Lili was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Would definitely stay again!

Javier’s place was a 10/10! This is my 4th time I’ve been to San Juan in the past three months and this place beat every other place I have stayed at in my previous trips. The place looks exactly like the pictures listed. The place was clean. The location was great since La Placita is there as soon as you step out of the building. Like almost review mentions it does get a little loud during the evening but the window block it out and most of the time it’s an enjoyable vibe. The wrap around balcony is great and the views are amazing. Definitely recommend if you want to stay somewhere near La Placita, where everything is close by, and Ubers are very inexpensive.

My fiancé and I stayed here for our annual trooical getaway. We're from the mountains of Colorado so we're very active and adventerous. This place was perfect! Close to the Red Hook ferries, some great restaurants, and everything was very driveable. We had a rental car and I'd recommend it for this location. It made life very easy. We enjoyed multiple dinners at home because the windows really do look like that and they're SPOTLESS. Enjoy that patio but definitely light a bug candle. We did everything! Hiking, snorkeling off beaches, snorkeling using boat charters... everything. We love this island and Veronica's little condo was exceptional. We did lose power for 1 night. I would recommend blasting the AC the minute you get back to prepare for having to go a night without it and do not open the windows if it happens. Just ride it out. Blame WAPA. I use a CPAP machine and brought a travel battery. I strongly recommend you do the same and bring battery banks for phones at least.

Manish is an amazing host and his apartment was well stocked with everything. He had a blender, sunscreen, bug spray, full kitchen, and even had some bacardi in the liquor cabinet! We felt at home and didnt need much while we were there. Manish communicated the check in instructions clearly through videos which made check in easy. It was really easy to go to the beach, but I recommend getting out there early to get an umbrella. Also, be aware this part of the beach is a party area.

Deb & Darryl's condo is quite possibly the very BEST location at Sapphire Beach! Being on the ground floor made access to and from the beach so simple (especially with a kid) and the view is still fantastic from the porch - but the view is even BETTER just steps away on the shore! D&D are extremely thoughtful about what they provide to their guests: a stash of masks, snorkels, fins (even two pairs that would fit a child), beach bags, pool noodles/floats, and ample bath AND beach towels. From the small and large coolers (w/ some ice packs ready for use in the freezer), to the Shout laundry spray, the condo was well stocked with all the essentials! *Check the fridge before going to the store!* The music from the bar/restaurant area next door was noticeable (background "thumping") when outside, but it was not heard when inside the condo with the doors closed. Other than a dinghy rental on St. John, we spent most days hanging out at Sapphire- so beautiful with great waves to play in!

We had a very smooth check-in and check out. The condo is beautiful and very well kept with an amazing view! Mark was great at communicating and let us know to reach out if we needed anything.

Ana's condo was great. We LOVED the location and Ana was very responsive. We will be back!

Great location with access to all the resorts amenities. Kitchen was well stocked and the condo was very clean! We loved our dinner at Sea Salt located on the property. Only thing I didn’t like was the property could be updated and maintained better. The run down, abandoned, pool bar is a complete eye sore when at the pool area. However, the Beach was lovely and Michelle communicated well. Overall I would rate her condo a 5 Star and hope the managment company provides some much needed updates.

Christopher’s condo was great. We had a wonderful time here with beautiful views from the apartment and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was clean, stylish, and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Christopher was also a fantastic host, quick to respond and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
