Cynthia and her team were amazing. From the moment we booked until we left, the communication was prompt and helpful. The place is Heaven on Earth! The views are amazing and very private. There are gorgeous paths on the property with exotic plants and wildlife. The hosts have everything you will need, including aloe for sunburns, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, towels, coolers, etc. This is probably the nicest and most well appointed rental we have stayed in. The location is quiet and only a short drive to restaurants, the market, marina, beaches and hikes. However, being at the far end of the island, everything is scaled down and there are fewer people. We found uninhabited beaches and some of the best hiking ever. If you don't like crowds, this is the place for you. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Hacienda brisas del lago was a great getaway for the whole family. It is a big house, everything was very clean, the bathrooms and kitchen were very comfortable and spotless. We were able to use the kayaks, the lake and neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Even during the summer heat, there is plenty of wind which makes it a very nice temperature and at night we were able to use the jacuzzi. So grateful to Ada for renting us her place and her hospitality and prompt responses! Would definitely go back.

enjoyed every minute at meritage! You barely hear traffic there, just waves and nature.. spectacular views and privacy..I was on the balcony every chance I had just staring off into the distance.. so relaxing! The place was perfect for the two of us. Close enough to cruz bay for dinner etc, but far enough out that it was peaceful and relaxing. They have a bigger house right next store that I was worried would be loud, but honestly barely heard them. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit if available!

The house is beautiful just as Anabel describes it. Everything was organized and clean ready for us to stay at. The only thing is you need to be prepared for the drive to the house there’s a lot of ups and down and curves through the hills you need to be very careful. The house itself is 20 minutes from the main road to where stores are at but those 20 minutes feel much longer because of the curves and up and downs of the roads.

The home was perfect for our needs with a beautiful view of Buck Island. The beds were comfy and the place very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Christine and Stacie were very responsive to our questions. The home is in a great area and so easy to find. Hopefully we will be back.

Great get away to the lovely Fairwinds. Coral Bay is a treasure and Margaret was terrific - greeting us to lead us up the house on our arrival and very responsive to our questions. Great trip!

Lynn’s place was perfect for us as 2 couples visiting St. John. Close to everything and with beautiful views, we enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was also really well-equipped which was much appreciated!

Quite a jeep drive to get there, but well worth it. The view is amazing! The unit is small, but cleverly-designed, immaculate, and well-maintained. It’s a rare property that earns five stars from almost every guest. This one absolutely deserves it.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Seabreeze. Everything was as listed. View was wonderful. Enjoyed the dipping pool after a day full of activities. Appreciate that they had a backup generator on case power went out (it didn’t). The house was very clean and had all the essentials. We asked for recommendations on where to get fresh seafood and they gifted us some fresh mahi mahi they had that was wonderful! Great place overall.

Maria and Chloe were such great hosts! Their prompt communication and local recommendations were simply the best and made us feel right at home! They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time and we did! The place was absolutely beautiful with hands down the best views on the island!! If you're looking for a private place to stay with truly million dollar views and taking a dip in your own private pool, don't look any further and book this right away! More than a Airbnb, this place a community of wonderful people congregating in a beautiful natural atmosphere. The two other groups there with me both have been going there yearly for almost a decade and it’s clear why. We even got offered a boat trip snorkeling in the middle of the bay among other hospitality! A fantastic place to support

We had an amazing stay at Pooja’s we highly recommend staying at this airbnb. We enjoyed the area and the views are incredible. You can hear and feel the ocean breeze from the bedroom. It’s close to many hikes, beaches, attractions and an all around great location and place to stay!

A quiet and private place, perfect to enjoy as a family, it is exactly as it looks in the pictures.

Where do I start? My main goal here was to find a Airbnb that had some culture & that’s exactly what I got. Everything that I wanted was there, all the cooking essential, cleaning essentials, even beach essentials. The record player was my favorite part of it all. Playing actual music on a record player made the atmosphere feel unique. The main reason I wanted to stay in this area was to feel like I’m with the people of Puerto Rico & that’s exactly what I got with this Airbnb. Behind the property was 2 chairs that showed one of the bad bunny album covers which really was a cherry on top. If you are looking to save money around the area while hitting the beach & eating good food and drinks all in one, this is the area for you. I heard birds chirping all hours of the day which I found really cool. Some people might not like that so that’s a heads up ! My overall experience was great & I don’t have any complaints. It was a great pleasure to stay at this beautiful home.

We loved the place, it has a spectacular view and is very private where it is located. Mayra is super friendly and helpful, always willing to help if we needed anything. We recommend it 100%.

Holly and Debbie's place was perfect! It was close enough to Cruz Bay but in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the covered porch when it rained. The pool was refreshing and we loved sitting and having coffee on the deck in the morning. The cottage was cozy and comfortable inside and out very peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Everything was exactly as described. We liked the location that was close to town but away from the main area. Very convenient and also nice to walk the neighborhood. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Perfect place to spend time in a lovely facility. There is no need to visit any local place. If you prefer delivery, there is a local place with a very extensive menu. The owner has a truly clear knowledge of how to run a rental place with special attention to detail and with HIGH STANDARDS. Our stay was FLAWLESS!!! We'll be back!

Perfect Writer’s Retreat. We booked Seaside Serenity as a 5 day writing retreat for my wife who is a novelist. The property checked all the boxes. Perched on a cliff, we always had a cooling breeze flowing through the house. The house itself was spotless, the furnishings are classic Caribbean style. You could imagine Hemingway writing here. My wife said it was her version of Hemingway’s Finca Vigia in Cuba. Theresa was very responsive before and during the stay. She was able to accommodate our early arrival. Upon arrival, she gave us a quick tour of the property, cliffs, and the beach. We loved it so much, we decided not to venture out to dinner and cooked in every meal. The kitchen is very well-equipped. Check out time is 11am but if there is not a guest coming the day of your departure, she encourages you to stay as long as you would like until you need to depart for your flight. So nice! Our only complaint was that there were disappointingly few visits from her great dog!

Very kind host that answered all my questions, the cottage was super cute and well kept and the screened in patio was the best part to sit in the morning and eat breakfast. There are many amenities such as snorkel gear, sunscreen, beach towels, and more that made our stay more enjoyable without having to purchase expensive stuff at the stores :).

I stayed here while attending a beach tennis tournament on Water Island with my friends, and it was absolutely perfect. The location was peaceful and private, but still close enough to the ferry and Honeymoon Beach. The host was super responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. After long days at the beach, it was the perfect spot to relax and recharge. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in St. Thomas!

We could not have had a more wonderful stay at Sarah’s place. The kids looked at tide pools and snorkeled off the deck during the mornings, and we took the short walk down the street to play in the sand and have some food (and drinks) at the local beach bar in the afternoons. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make breakfasts and dinners.

We had a great stay at Clarence's place. It was as described. The kitchen was very modern and had everything that you would need. Beach chairs, towels, snorkels and cooler were provided. The bed was comfortable and extra towels and sheets were available. A car is a must unless you just plan on going to the Wyndham resort everyday. The view from the deck was amazing.
