Absolutely stunning home and location, honestly the pictures don't even do it justice. We loved how close the home is to Cruz Bay but still felt extremely private and like you're in your own (beautiful) world. The pool is perfect and they have tons of pool toys and floaties for use. Really just tons of items available for use in general: the kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking you may want to do (plenty of cooler packs and plastic containers for taking to the beach too!), the garage is filled with just about anything you might want for a beach trip (including a swimmy for little kids and snorkeling gear). The house itself is beautiful, the beds comfortable, the bathroom felt lux. Somehow there was not a speck of sand inside and the whole place felt serene. For reference, we were two adults and one almost-six-year-old and I couldn't have dreamed up a better situation. Highly recommend. My daughter didn't want to leave - what higher recc could you ask for?

We very much enjoyed our stay at Pressure Drop Villa (PDV). The view is amazing and the location , though private, is close enough to beaches, groceries and restaurants. In addition, the kitchen is well stocked and supplies for the beach are provided. We used the beach chairs, cooler and beach towels almost daily (had a rainy day). It is a short drive to many fantastic beaches. From PDV Salt Pond, Francis Bay, Maho Bay, and Skinny Legs (restaurant) are all a fairly short drive. Trunk Bay and Cinnamon Bay beaches are a bit further. It was easier for us to park at Cinnamon Bay and take a Taxi to Trunk Bay. We also went into Cruz Bay to La Tapa for a fantastic dinner one evening. To end the evening we would unwind on the deck . It’s really nice to sit on the deck and relax and soak up the sights and sounds of Coral Bay. Jean was always available to answer our questions and give us guidance when needed. We would stay here again.

My family of four (including a senior and a 4yr old) absolutely loved the rental and having access to our own private pool was icing on the cake! Over the years, we've stayed at quite a few AirBnbs and this easily ranks in the top 3 (if not #1). Not to mention, Kurt was so responsive and professional. He helped me locate attractions my young son enjoyed once he was tired of the beach - which was a GREAT help. I definitely recommend staying here, and it will be the first place I look when I return to USVI-St. Thomas. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

If I could give Kandee's place 10 stars, I would. The photos don't do this place justice. When you open the front door the view is breath taking. Kandee has thought of everything to make your stay so easy. So many beach and pool toys and all the kitchen appliances and cooking spices etc you need. She was incredibly helpful when we had an issue with the lock on the bedroom building and fixed the issue right away. This place is split in to 3 levels, upstairs is living, a separate buidling down a level has bedrooms, then the pool is on the level below. All with amazing views. We watched the sunrise over the bay every morning from the bed, incredible. The photos don't do this place justice. Go ahead and book right away. And don't forget your 4 wheel drive for the drive up to the property and around the island in general.

I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone! Everything was as advertised the views were stunning the home was absolutely beautiful and sabrina was an excellent host. My favorite part was that it wasn't dead in the center of town nor was it too far away from Charlotte Amalie or anything else, really 10/10 on all fronts.

Our family had an amazing time at Windchime. The property is beautiful and very private with amazing views that are even better than the photos. It is in a central location that is an easy drive into town and all the amazing beaches. We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely stay! It was perfect for a family of 4 with the washer & dryer and two full bathrooms. Beach was beautiful and snorkeling was fantastic! It was nice to be several buildings down from the restaurants and busy part of the resort. Also, easy to rent a boat from the marina in walking distance (GoMojo). Would absolutely stay again. Nora & Bruce were absolutely exceptional host and hostess. Even before we got there she was always so responsive . Bruce checked us in and made us feel right at home from the start. His hospitality went above and beyond any AirBNB I’ve stayed in. He even dropped us off at the beaches while we were there and showed us around the island. Place was very clean, with beautiful views and excellent walkable location to Cruz Bay with all the restaurants, shopping and bars close by. I would recommend this place to anyone staying on the island. You will not be disappointed and truly have a wonderful experience and time!!

This is the greatest place we’ve ever stayed. It had a breathtaking view, was well appointed, quiet, peaceful, and tranquil. Memory Daze is a dream and we will be coming back. The hosts were supper communicative and helpful and the house had everything we needed to have a great vacation. I literally teared up when we were about to leave because it was such a happy place for my wife and I. If you are reading this and contemplating a vacation here in St. John, do it! Book this place now. You won’t regret it.

We really enjoyed our stay! The view from the house is incredible, and the amenities provided basically every possible need. We enjoyed the provided beach chair, beach shade, beach towels, snorkel gear, cooler with ice packs, provided snacks, and more! The kitchen had pretty much any appliance and gadget you could need or want, plus Tupperware for prepping beach snacks and lunch. The location was great just up the hill from groceries and restaurants and a short drive from the national park and beaches. The pool area and view from it were terrific. It has to be one of the better sunset watching spots in the island. When we come back to St. John we would easily consider staying here again.

I cannot say enough about how beautiful this house and location is. A beautiful view of the water in almost every location in the home. Very clean and the ere was plenty of room for 5 of us. We loved the spacious dining room with a huge dining table to seat a large group. When on the deck, you are almost directly above the water-feels like you are on a cruise ship! Andrew responded immediately whenever we had a question. I would definitely recommend this home!

The view is amazing, plenty of room and very spacious. AWD is a must for the driveway, pool are is very nice. No complaints at all. We loved our week here !!!!

This airbnb was fantastic. The owner accommodated to our needs and allowed us to do an early check in without charging the extra fees. The house was very clean and beautiful. The private pool was perfect. I loved how there were towels and toiletries available to our family of 8. Beautiful and safe location. I definitely recommend booking here. I will be returning in the future.

Cliffhanger was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for our St. John vacation. Concierge service was great and everything was above and beyond expectations. Absolutely perfect.

So beautiful we did not want to leave. Great pool, porch, and hammock. Played pickekball and had massages under the gazebo. we were loving life.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much at Mindy’s place in St Croix. The views were beautiful and it’s positioned perfectly near many restaurants and beaches. A couple things you’ll definitely want to be aware of is its next door to the dump, so much loud crashing and people taking and trucks with beeping sounds all the time. Also, it’s on the busy road, which we didn’t know until we checked in since the map on AirBnb wasn’t accurate. The pool, the views and overall location were amazing!

This place was amazing. The property was very well maintained and clean. Everything worked and it had everything we needed. The location is close to hiking, beaches, grocery and food. Kim was a great host we will be back for sure.

From start to finish, April made our stay one of our most memorable vacations. Having visited the island multiple times, we knew exactly what we wanted—and this property checked all the boxes. Anything we needed or requested was promptly addressed by either April or her property managers. This property is truly one of a kind, offering both stunning sunrise and sunset views. The ocean breeze is strong but refreshing, keeping you cool throughout the day. We also opted to have April provision our groceries, and she went above and beyond—everything was neatly put away upon our arrival. Water Island has always held a special place in our family’s heart, and staying here made it even more unforgettable. We can’t recommend it enough!

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Just Peachy! Our stay at Just Peachy in St. John was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Melissa, our host, was phenomenal! She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. Kyle’s home is amazing! It’s so private and quiet with incredible views of untouched hills and Caribbean Sea in the distance. Plenty of outdoor seating for sipping cocktails! The pool was great after days at the beach or out exploring. Huge flatscreen for movie nights! Kyle was super kind and offered a ton of recommendations for the area. The road up is a bit bumpy, just like most roads on the island. It’s a ton of fun to drive on - the kids loved it. 10/10 will stay again.

Janice and her family are absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and welcoming. She provided clear instructions on where to meet and was incredibly flexible with our check-in time. Janice even personally drove us to the villa, gave us a full tour, and made sure we knew where everything was. As a thoughtful touch, she welcomed us with a fresh bowl of mangoes picked right from the tree on her property—such a lovely gesture! The villa itself is private, peaceful, and perfectly located. We were no more than 20 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go on the island, including all the ferry ports. Each evening, we relaxed by the pool and watched the sunset—truly a breathtaking experience. We felt completely at home and safe throughout our stay. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning to Tortola—and when we do, we can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

I’ve had staying in many airbnbs before, and Stacie’s place has been one of the best I’ve stayed at. It had everything we needed and wanted plus more. Don’t even think twice to book this place! It’s beautiful. Also bathrooms were recently remodeled and they’re both beautiful. I will say that this home is not for children under or the elderly.
