We stayed at daisy’s property long term and it was great had everything we needed. Any issue we had she responded quickly and kindly. I recommend this place.

Andie was an amazing host! She is very friendly and had great energy. I would definitely stay here again. Room was clean, restroom was clean, easy parking, no concerns! The dog was also nice too lol. Easy drive to Old San Juan, quick access to the freeway. I very much enjoyed my stay here and worth every penny!

This is a superbly located no-frills dormitory-style rental that can accommodate a large group among its private bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and opens to the outside courtyard. The kitchen also opens up to the outside courtyard. 5-minute walk to the beach, and within walking distance to dozens of restaurants, cafes, bars, and the Ocean Park Walgreens which has many quality grocery staples. The kitchen is barely stocked and very minimally provisioned. There is a microwave but no oven, so cooking is limited to the stovetops. The rooms all have A/C but the kitchen does not and the only other communal area where you can gather/eat together is out on the shared courtyard. If you're looking for a simple and well located home base to lay your head as you explore PR, with private bedrooms, this place is perfect. The host was very responsive and helpful when we needed it and check-in/out was a breeze. Would recommend fully.

The house is spacious, comfortably accommodated our group of eight. It sits atop of the hill with a stunning mountain view. Driving up the hill was a bit challenging at first, but we quickly got used to it. Mailyn was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. Overall it's a great stay!

Michael your establishment was amazing and relaxing. I enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the cruise ships pass by. I also enjoyed the night sky at the pool and looking at the big dipper. We enjoyed walking the trail which was so convenient from your home. We appreciate you meeting us at the dock and showing us the way to your home. Your hospitality was amazing. This house was a hidden gem! It was so clean and spacious. Comfortable for our party of 9. Pool is bigger than it looks in pictures. Everyone enjoyed showering in the outdoor bathroom. We walked to Rio Hippie daily (~10 min). We had limber from a neighbor for $2 and up the hill to Hippie, they sell delicious food. Felt surreal to stay in this location away from the chaos of the city. I highly recommend! Host was great and provide additional toiletries, some light groceries and lent us a cooler and chairs for the beach! Really appreciated that.

Este ha sido por mucho la mejor estadía que he tenido. Casa limpia, ordenada y con una ubicación excelente. Aires enfrían bien , camas limpias y cómodas, cocina completa y limpia. Emma y Lori fueron excelentes y muy amables. Sin duda me volvería a quedar y la recomiendo 100%.

Johnathan’s place was absolutely amazing — very clean, well-kept, and spacious. The apartment had a nice kitchen, a comfortable living room, and felt just like home. Its location was perfect — close to restaurants, beaches, and major attractions. La Placita was only about a four-minute drive away, and Old San Juan just ten minutes. As a new listing on Airbnb, we weren’t sure what to expect, but everything worked out perfectly. We’re so glad we took the chance! Johnathan was an outstanding host — very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I’ll definitely be booking here again.

After being stranded and having no place to go on our first day at Puerto Rico, Luis came to our rescue with his beautiful airbnb. We were right in the center of everything, food, Walgreens, the beach, and gas stations. I feel like we got the best view of all, with a very comfortable and welcoming balcony.

Naja's place was very comfortable, especially the king size bed. I highly recommend this place if you are coming to Tortola. 5-Stars Naja herself is a sweet gentle soul and very nice person.

Susan was such a wonderful host. Her place is exactly as described, she put a lot of detail into what was in the Airbnb both aesthetically and functionally. Small touches such as, chargers, waters, extra blankets, sunscreen, hair dryer, etc. She is extremely helpful with local recommendations. Her place is within walking distance to a beach to swim and tan. She is such a sweet and nice woman and I had a pleasure to meet her. Thank you Susan!

Marie is so welcoming, kind and considerate. She is very attentive to her guests and truly makes you feel at home at her beautiful property. The view from her estate is incredible. highly recommend

Amazing place! Candice is an amazing host who will make sure you are very well taken care of if you need anything. It’s about a 15 minute walk into red hook if you don’t want to rent a car, where it’s really easy to get a cab anywhere you need to go. About a 10 minute walk to secret harbor beach if you want to stay nearby. Great afternoon sun on the patio! We will definitely stay again!

My wife and I spent our honeymoon in St Thomas 26 years ago and came back for our 26th anniversary. Cindies place was absolutely perfect for us it is clean, quiet and the deck overlooks Megans Bay, it truly is paradise. Cindie was very helpful and found us ferry info to goto St Johns and local restaurant recommendations. Will definitely be looking to book here again when we come back to St Thomas

Fantastic find and a steal if you can book a room. The bed and breakfast was beautiful, cozy, and romantic. But the best part was how communicative and helpful the host, Katherine, was: I was traveling with my partner on a last second valentines weekend trip and wanted to surprise her with flowers and treats in the room when we arrived. Katherine not only recommended me an amazing local florist, but also arranged delivery times/check in times so that the surprise happened flawlessly. 10/10 would recommend.

My stay at La Botanica Hotel was simply amazing. The atmosphere there is very calming. Upon entering nto the space with beautiful greenery and sounds of wind chimes, one is transported to an oasis, in the middle of the city. The team members are all very amiable and willing to answer what ever questions I may have had. The room was basic but very comfortable with everything necessary including beach towels, beach mat and cooler bag. I looked forward to the morning yoga practices followed by a vegan breakfast…..the food was definitely a high point with such presentation, flavour and variety! The chefs are awesome, make sure you have Solange’s mole made with pure love! The beach is a mere 5 minute walk away and the water was very warm and enticing.. La Botánica is the perfect unpretentious spot for a reset of mind, body and soul.

Staying at Joaquin’s place is nothing short of magical. He has created a retreat from the world while still being able to see it below from the house and the gardens. I learned so much about Puerto Rica and botany. Joaquin is such a special person with a huge heart and unbelievable knowledge. You’ll want to talk to him for hours! Meeting the other guests was a fun experience as well. I appreciated that my room had a private bathroom and refrigerator. The breakfast Joaquin made was so beautiful and filling. Can’t recommend staying here enough- it’s uniquely captivating. I’m looking forward to coming back to see my new friend and his ever-evolving sanctuary!

Perfectly situated on a residential street in downtown San Juan. Beautiful room in a beautiful, well maintained property. Hosts are so friendly and breakfast was great every morning with local cuisine. Updated amenities with old world charm. Loved staying here. Would definitely stay here again. Very walkable to the rest of old San Juan.

Our stay with Lecia was nothing short of a great time. She made the home feel warm, safe and comfortable. I’m so very fortunate to have stayed and met her and Pinky. She’s such a great light in this world and her home is full of beautiful views and perfect accommodations. We thank you for making us feel right at home. Hopefully, we meet again. So peaceful and extremely convenient location to walk around. The garden is gorgeous and the decor was breathtaking!

We loved everything about the place! The host Matthew made us feel right at home, he was very informative and authentic. The room was just perfect, location a plus and the breakfast was one of the highlights every morning. There is a nice hike to a river with a waterfall just steps from the house, and also a longer hike to Rio Sabana. I 100% recommend, and will definitely be coming back!

Mary is an awesome host, she goes above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant experience - from the home made bread and the fresh pineaple from her garden to the spotless unbelievable cleanliness of everything. The views from the balcony are stunning and sleeping with the gentle sound of the ocean and waking up with birds singing is just amazing. I would definitely recommend her place to all my friends visiting USVI.
