We loved loved loved our stay at Wakushi house. Rebecca and Amani were so helpful and sweet people to be around and their place is just amazing. It is simply beautiful and very airy which is important on such a hot island. But it was the little details that stood out- fresh flowers, self-colored towels and handmade soap (which you can also purchase as a souvenir). Rebecca was also super helpful to arrange some trips and even took me to her yoga class. This might have been my best Airbnb-find ever!

Ernst is a very good gatsgeber . He responds immediately and always helps. Everything is very well organized. He has arranged the help on site very well. There is always a contact person there. Maybe think about an emergency power unit......The house is located directly on the beach , just a few steps to the sea. Absolutely quiet location. Thank you very much for the nice time there.

Fantastic location on the ocean, with fabulous views from all terraces and especially from the upper outside deck. Great open plan living space with views and spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms . The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and discreet, always there to greet and assist. The property and gardens are really well designed and have a great flow. Superb walks to the reefs at low tide. The remote location provides great privacy and relaxation, highly recommended. We will be back!

This place is AMAZING! The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a long or short stay. It was actually the only place I found with good wifi in Zanzibar as I work remotely. It is literally 5 min to the beach! The host was also super responsive, gave me a lot of tips and even helped me find a great piece of art. I was also welcomed with a mix of fruits which was a great touch. Stop your search and book this place now!

For 2 days we felt like in a dream :)) The huge and very well kept garden around Villa Makuti is amazing. We loved the many different spots to sit or lay down and enjoy the beautiful views... To order a private cook was very comfortable and Omar was a very nice and good driver. Thanx for this wonderful experience!!!

A gorgeous gem of a place located a minute walk to the beach, yet tucked away from the hustle & bustle. This place really offered a sense of serenity nestled away… The apartment was spacious with an open plan kitchen, dining area, and veranda where you can sometimes see the kites flying, and was a great place to chill with friends. The dogs are adorable and made the place feel like home. With so many activities in Paje this place was a miracle find to be so central to all the tours and sports on the island 🏝️. Thank you 🙏

We loved our stay at Soul! Our Tuk Tuk (taxi) driver knew the place, entered via a staffed gate, and dropped us off with luggage right at our condo. The place is incredible with EVERYTHING you need! Comfortable beds/pillows, hot shower, streaming TV with a REAL sofa (not a bench). The kitchen was outstanding! UNIQUE: oven and a microwave! Perfect if you want to cook a few/all of your meals while in Paje. Plus a washing machine, dishwasher, AC in every room, and a generator! All the appliances are newer and worked perfectly. Great pool view from the large patio with a hammock for relaxing with a book. The pool was huge and beautiful! There is a kiddie pool on both ends and the main pool slopes down to about 1.5M. You could do laps, but we like to do sort of a full-body pool workout - Perfect! The pool was closed a few days for maint. but Ann-Sofie our incredible 5-STAR host took care of us and recommended Ndame hotel on the beach for food/pool - we loved it! I highly recommend Soul!

Incredible stay in this beautiful residence, and what can I say about Noor's sympathy, responsiveness, everything is great, the apartment is super well furnished, the rooms are spacious and bright. I would 1000% recommend it. 😌

We had a wonderful time at Nafsi Nomad. The host was very responsive and helpful when the internet was spotty and the shower wasn’t hot. Great location, walkable.

We had a few lovely days in Ann-Sofies apartment. Everything was as described and by far the best accommodation we had in Zanzibar. The host is super friendly and accessible. Will highly recommend this to everyone going to Paje!

I had a very good stay. The location was great — convenient and close to everything I needed. The amenities were exactly as described and made the stay really comfortable. The host was always available and responsive whenever I had a question or needed anything, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Fumba Town is a very nice place to stay: close to the beach and not far from Stone Town and the airport. The apartment is very neat and with tasteful furniture and good facilities like a washing machine and vacuum cleaner. An umbrella came in handy too :-) because it was the rainy season. Kwetu kwenu beach club is nearby and chill with amazing sunset views. Highly recommended, the apartment and the town.

Beautiful apartment, worth every penny!

I can only recommend the place, from communication to booking, to transportation from the airport to the welcome and accommodation to the apartment, we were happy with everything. The family apartment provides plenty of space and excellent cooking facilities. The beds are very comfortable and the terrace is superbly adapted to relax in privacy thanks to the grown beautifully blooming bushes. Next, the generous breakfast included and 2 pools, at least one of which we had to ourselves at any time. The area is very well maintained, the pools are clean and the surroundings of the apartments are cared for. It's about a 5-minute walk to the beach, as well as the beginning of the village, where you can shop for everything you need, and also observe the local life while walking. Thank you so much to the owners and the entire staff for a great stay.

Great place to live, very beautiful area, big pool, and delicious coffee in the recreation area

The staff was the best part of the stay. They were amazing, especially Dan. The property is next to the beach and in the middle of a village. Seeing the African culture and way of living mixed with paradisiac views…was riveting. Several descent restaurants in the area as well. Will definitely book again.

The host Janine and Ramia were very responsive, helpful and very friendly! The location is ideal for easy local and private transportation, Stone town and the Darajani souk were 15 min by local tuktuk, supermarket and vegetable stands within walking distance and the place is a well maintained, housekeeper was provided twice weekly. We enjoyed the patio in the evening, and the neighborhood was safe and friendly. We waked to a local beach to see the sunset a few times, it was less than a mile away at Medinat Al Bahar. The hosts had great suggestions for activities and we liked the convenience of being able to prepare meals at home over our 3 week stay! I would recommend this place highly as it was outstanding and the hosts were amazing! I would definitely stay here again!
