Vacation rentals with breakfast in Ümraniye

A great house, well located to main tourist areas of Istanbul, lots of great restaurants within walking distance too and local shops on your door step. Lovely private garden and spacious bedrooms. Stairs are not advised for small children or the elderly, but the ground floor has a bedroom, bathroom and main living areas and out to the garden which worked well. Host is very responsive and organised airport transfers and gave details of shops etc. a lovely stay in a great city.

Nice and quite area, away from tourist areas. 5 min walk to train station, so easy access to central areas Good bus service to Uskudar seafront and nearby shopping centre lots of restaurants close by and much cheaper than tourist areas. Anymore, after 've beee at Fatih's home alone, ones of my freiends have been arrivederci from a long travel in Asia. also he, had stayed like at home, and Fatih so special. Had an amazing time in Selcuk’s apartment in which I stayed for 5 months for my exchange at Bogazici University. It was the perfect location since it is close to the uni. The apartment itself has a nice atmosphere and possesses any items you may need. The balcony has a very nice view.

It is nice to have the ability to move directly from the living room to the terrace, the view and location are amazing. Although the lounge is small, it has a cute interior design. Very clean. 7-10 min walk to Ortaköy center, central location. Its location is very peaceful. I will choose it again when I want to stay in Ortaköy. Thank you!

Extremely convenient to the major attractions, could see the blue mosque from my window so was able to wander over several times at different times of day. Walkable to Grand Bazaar, Spice Market , Cistern , Palace, Hagia Sophia….you do pay the price for being in the most popular tourist spot but if it’s your first time to Istanbul I highly recommend.

Hotel Marmara was amazing! The location was fantastic, just a 5-10 minutes walk from Haggia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast spread on the roof-top patio was varied and delicious, and everyone was super nice and helpful. I would certainly stay here again!

I have never used Airbnb before. Service that Yusef provides is beyond then expectations. I have never felt that much supported by hotel. This place has to be the most underrated place I have ever been. Place located at the center of a lot of touristic attractions. Like, The blue Mosque, Topkapi Place, Bayazid Mosque, The Hagia Sophia, The Grand Bazar, The New Mosque and Bosphorus Tour. You can literally walk to those places… Yusuf and his dad treat you like they owe you. Super polite, very informative and they give the best advices… Place looks amazing and kitchen feels like traditional Turkish Restaurant. They make one of the best Turkish breakfast in the town. ( and it’s free 😬) Thank you for everything! For sure I will be back to the same place!

The main highlight of the accommodation is its location for sightseeing, near the metro, in addition to the room cleaning that is carried out daily. On the other hand, the area is busy and a bit noisy.

He was the most wonderful and helpful host in the world, the breakfasts were great and very close to the city, the rooms were nostalgic and comfortable at the same time. If you are going 💜💜💜💜💜 to the big island, you should definitely visit it….
