Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ümraniye

The stay was amazing, I really need to point out how helpful and thoughtful the host was. He provided me with clear and very helpful check-in instructions. The rooms were clean. 10/10 will stay here again.

It was clean. Hot. Comfortable and comfortable. It just needs to be corrected to 11 checkout times. I was satisfied with the stay outside of all of these.

Nice apartment with an amazing view. You only need to bring your clothes and food to eat; everything else is available, including clothes washing. Plus, if you have a car with you, then this place fits you very well! Area of apartment is quite enough for us as family (2 adults 3 kids) . We had an a/c issue but Can (the host) was very helpful and provide electric fan as replacement till the a/c was fixed. Thanks Can for this nice place and friendly environment that you provide

absolutely gorgeous place...could not get enough of the views. Ulviye was so responsive to all queries .. location is minutes walk to all local metro ferry and bus lines...amazing experience we cannot wait to come.back !

Had a wonderful stay, clean and spacious rooms, with each one nearly identical with their own bathrooms. Easy to get into and a wonderful location, close to coffee, restaurants, the ferry, and stores. Host was very responsive! lots of stairs, which matches the city on a hillside 😉

Clean and a peaceful place for stay🤩

This was our second time staying at the little white house, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family reunion — we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of charm, with plenty of great cafes, bars, and shops nearby, and the Bosphorus just a short walk away. Suha and his team are incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The value for what you get is truly impeccable. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you again for being such a thoughtful host.

We chose this home for its great reviews, beautiful style, and central location — and it truly exceeded our expectations. Ms. Ümmihan greeted us warmly at the door, the house was already heated and cozy, and she gave us a short tour that made settling in so easy. The entire place was spotless — no odors or stains, and the bed linens were perfectly clean. I’m quite sensitive, but I felt completely comfortable and slept like it was my own bed. The host and her assistant were incredibly kind and always available. The house is just a 5–10 minute walk from Ortaköy and the Bosphorus, yet it's on a quiet dead-end street with no traffic. A perfect stay — highly recommended!

We had a wonderful week in Kadıköy! The apartment could not have had a better location: in the middle of vibrant Kadıköy, five minutes to ferries, metro, sea side promenade, silent Moda.

Family trip enjoyed our stay, quiet place, great amenities and fresh linens stocked, and beautiful. Restaurants very close and amazing walkability to take photos by the sea.

Great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and bars in close proximity. The street is quiet and the place was comfortable. Some water evacuation issues in the shower but the owner has committed to addressing them. Good communication with Güniz, I would recommend!

Everything was well-organized and exactly as described. The host was extremely friendly, responsive, and available 24/7 for any help or questions, which made the whole experience even better. The host prepared everything in advance that I don’t have worry about anything …. All the guidance was provided in advance about location. There are nice restaurants and beautiful sea site nearby.
