The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

The Warmhouse apartment is recently renovated, quiet and cozy, located on the first floor of the 2-story house. It is totally private. The space is a 1 bedroom cottage in our fully fenced back yard surrounded by gardens in the front and a chicken run in the back. It’s away from the street and pretty quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is small but has everything necessary for cooking meals. Fresh eggs, u-pick blueberries, strawberries and garden veggies are available when in season. I’ve included everything for yoga and a large assortment of board games and puzzles for kids.
