Vacation rentals with beach access in Umpqua River

Beautiful lakefront space - perfect for a small family or solo trip. The directions with photos were super helpful in figuring out where to park and how to access the space for the first time.

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at Sunflower Seas. First of all, I LOVE sunflowers so I was super excited to find them all over the place! Everything was clean and although the space was small we had everything we needed. Great bath and shower, comfy bed, lovely outdoor area. Walking distance to the beach, too! Also, Norma was super responsive and friendly. My mom and I woke up to a minor ceiling leak in the kitchen on our first morning and it was fixed within a matter of a few hours! I would definitely stay here again and I recommend this spot to anyone traveling to the area.

We were struggling to find a place that would accommodate 6 guests, Luckily we found Audrey! She was very nice and communicative from the start and the space was a great place to stay. It was very cozy but still spacious with a very cute little kitchen that had everything we needed. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the hot tub was an awesome bonus!

Honestly this was one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed. Between the view, the apartment itself, and the location on the coast, staying here is a no brainer.

Really enjoyed our midweek holiday! The home is just as described and quite spacious, we especially enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. Jana was quick to respond to a couple of questions we had in advance of and during our stay.

Loved the location. Not great if stairs are an issue. The place is like a hotel room but beach side views and deck. Bed was very comfortable and couch sits low and so not for people that can’t get up from a low seat. Very clean and well organized! Sam was communicative and great to work with!

I absolutely give this place 5 stars for the amazing beach location! My family loved being right on the beach. I booked this spot knowing some reviews mentioned it was small, but we were pleasantly surprised—it’s small, but not as tiny as some made it sound. As a family of four with two young kids, ages 5 and 3, it was a great size for us. I can see how it might feel cramped with older or more kids, though. We stayed for 6 nights and found it had everything we needed. I’m glad I brought a bin for our food, as there wasn’t much pantry space, so we kept most items in that. The extra towels were helpful, especially since things took longer to dry on the coast. The kitchen supplies were limited to just a bit of salt and pepper and coffee. I wished I had brought kids’ plates and utensils because we went through dishes quickly. Despite those minor issues, we would definitely return. The beach right from the house was one of the best, and the tide pools at Strawberry Hill nearby were amazing!

My family and I loved staying here! Not only was Dawniel extremely friendly and welcoming, the house was super clean and had an over all great feeling! We would definitely stay here again.

Our large family of 6 had a wonderful and relaxing stay for the long Memorial Day weekend. Lake Front Oasis had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax and great common spaces to come together and have fun. The large playroom/lounge space with kids toys, books, and art supplies was an added bonus. We enjoyed the wonderfully stocked kitchen and grill and had everything we needed to cook meals. The hot tub and outdoor space gave us a great area to relax and hang out. We were able to catch bass right from the fishing dock and had fun kayaking and exploring the lake on our paddle boards. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels! Hosts were friendly and helpful and responsive. We had a wonderful stay and would go back again and again!

As all previous reviews have observed, the privacy and the unique situation of the house at the very edge of the dune system is the attraction of the place. You have the sense of being at the meeting point of nature and the world as we have made it with all the the comforts of the modern world. It feels like home at the moment of entry, and invites quiet with the distant ocean sounds. We especially enjoyed the very nicely appointed kitchen as well as the collection of CDs as we let go of usual routines.

There is nothing I can say that can adequately describe how incredible Tim's place is. The home itself is amazing with really nice details like the outdoor shower, the bathrobes, the stone in the indoor shower, the hot tub in the backyard...I could go on and on. And then there's the view! Amazing. I could sit on the couch and watch the waves for hours and not get bored. Plus, there's a staircase for easy access down to the beach. He also lets guests borrow surfboards, boogie boards, wetsuits, and other beach equipment. We didn't have time to use any of them, but definitely wanted to. This is one of my all-time favorite Airbnb rentals. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat. Plus, Tim was super friendly. He gave us great local recommendations and advice. We had a wonderful stay and wish we could have spent another night here.

We had a great experience staying here as our home base for our coast trip and golf at Bandon Dunes. We loved being right on the beach and found Khamsey was very communicative and accommodating. Would def recommend and will be back if our plans take us back to Bandon.

Great experience! Very clean, regular cleanings and trash day reminders. We stayed in town for three months for work at this beautiful home! Wish we could take the views with us!

Our 4th visit to Keith's amazing place in Yachats. We love Sea it All. The unobstructed views are amazing. Great sunsets and the sounds of the ocean make this a place we always enjoy. The home is in a quiet neighborhood just south of the bridge, but close enough for walking back into Yachats. The King bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed the TV and fireplace in the evenings. Worked perfect with our Hulu subscription. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. Newer fridge and dishwasher, with even a great washer and dryer in the mud room. Plenty of room for the kids in the downstairs bedroom, with its own bathroom. Keith is an amazing host and very responsive to any questions. We look forward to our next stay in the Sea it All AirBB in Yachats!

This house was great and exactly what we needed while visiting for a golf tournament at Bandon Dunes. It had an unbelievable view and the house clean and tidy. I would recommend it to anyone!

I’ve stayed here a few times and is always one of the first places I check when coming to Florence. Within walking distance of Old Town and all the fun there. Clean, well kept, full kitchen, friendly hosts.

My buddy and I went to Bandon to play the amazing Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. We didn’t stay at the Resort but we booked Vacasa’s Oregon Air BnB. Honestly, I would stay here over the resort again. You’re in the ocean and the views from the condo were stunning. Minutes from historic downtown Bandon, which had great restaurants, shops, bars, seafood, etc. 100% would recommend this place for anyone traveling to Bandon. The only thing to consider is that the property is a bit outdated. Old kitchen, bathrooms, etc. but I still give it a 5 star review for the location and friendly host!

We had a family get together and it was perfect to accommodate all of us. The view was outstanding. The ocean room upstairs off the king bedroom was my favorite place to be.
