Bayview Cottage - Charming Family Friendly Home With a View

Enjoy beautiful views of the bay and wildlife including deer and a variety of birds from the large picture windows that welcome you to Bayview Cottage. Gather around the waterfront fire pit after a day of adventures to enjoy s’mores and stunning sunsets. Everything you’ll need to prepare a gourmet meal or a quick snack is provided in the fully equipped kitchen including spices, bakeware, a variety of kitchen appliances, and other cooking essentials. All three beds feature memory foam and cozy bedding to provide a wonderful night’s sleep. The house is fully stocked with Smart televisions including cable, high speed wifi, a washer and dryer, toiletries, and plenty of books, puzzles, toys and games. Bayview Cottage is an ideal home for families or a group of friends enjoying the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast! Bayview Cottage may also be rented in conjunction with Bayview House, a larger home that sleeps 4 guests and is located right next door. Consider renting both homes together for larger parties or a gathering where families may want their own space. Together both homes can accommodate parties of 8 and each home has a full kitchen and a washer/dryer! This waterfront property is great for cozy evenings around the firepit. During low tide clam from the property or take a nature hike around the bay. Large picture windows provide views of the incredible sunsets while staying warm and cozy indoors. Along with the cottage, enjoy the deck with lawn chairs as well as the waterfront fire pit in the private backyard. I am available by phone, text or email at anytime during your stay. I live nearby if you need anything while you are at the cottage. The cottage is located just a few blocks from Downtown North Bend, a small coastal town with shops, restaurants, antique stores and pubs. Located at the end of a quiet road next to a nature park providing ample opportunity to observe wildlife including deer and many birds. A short drive to several beaches and sand dunes for a day full of outdoor adventures. Plenty of parking for your toys including boats and trailers is available. World famous Bandon Dunes Golf Course is less than a 30 minute drive away! Conveniently located just a few blocks off of the Scenic Coastal Highway and a quick 5 minute drive to the North Bend airport.

Set to the background of a small historic rural township, tucked just out of sight of the beaten route to/from the Pacific Ocean and Oregon Dunes a short 16mi away at Reedsport.  Year round floating dock and river access all to yourself, different experience with each tide change, and kayaks provided. Otter, eagle, seal, fish, etc : a nature theme park!

Uncle Joe's Place is a cozy cottage that sits close to the water with views of Charleston bridge and South Slough Estuary. Cottage is 490 square feet, perfect for singles or a couple visiting the area. Located just off Cape Arago Hwy and the town of Charleston. It's a short walk to convenience stores, restaurants and the Charleston Marina. Neighborhood is made up of small homes and mobile homes. Check yourself in with a lockbox. I'm very close by if you need any assistant or have questions.

Conveniently located on Highway 42 with easy access to Winston, the Wildlife Safari and Roseburg (10 - 15 minutes) to the east and the Oregon coast-Coos Bay and Bandon (just 1.5 hours) to the west.

While located in the heart of wine country with river views and river access only a few short steps away, it's still just a quick 10-minute jaunt into town. Fishing, agriculture, local activities, and wildlife surround our peaceful hideaway. We fell in love with this place! Come immerse yourself in its natural serenity. The unit is on 12+ acres and attached to the main house. It's been recently remodeled. Seasonal water sports available.

Rustic Riverfront Cabin

Rustic riverfront cabin only steps from the world famous Umpqua River. 3bd/2ba home on almost an acre nestled in the trees. 2 Pets are permitted with approval and a fee applies, see below. There is a fully furnished kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, stove, dishwasher, pellet stove, barbeque, WIFI, streaming and a good selection of dvd's, books and games available. There is also a full size washer and dryer. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably (the limit includes infants)

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

Cottage on the Bay

Cottage style decor with shabby chic and slip-covered furniture. We are 3-1/2 miles from the North Bend (McCullough) Bridge and only about 5 miles from the nearest beach, Horsfall Beach, and the famous sand dunes. This is our guest house, but you will enjoy plenty of privacy in this quiet little cottage. You may also enjoy your large private deck and flower garden that we've created for your enjoyment. Entire 3 bedroom manufactured house. It is located on a 340 acre ranch. With your own fishing poles, fish in our private pond or bring a boat and fish in the Umpqua River. Only about an hour from mountain skiing or ocean beaches. Nestled at the base of the coastal mountains Property has many ponds that are landscaped with hundreds of ornamental trees. There is a pavillion with a gas fire pit and pellet grill.

Blue Pearl, a place to pause and take a breath

The Blue Pearl is calling. 1946 coastal cottage nestled just above basalt rocks offers you a relaxing place to take in the sites and sounds of the crashing waves. Located next to the 804 walking coastal trail and also the Amanda trail leading to the Amanda Grotto and Cape Pepetua. Cottage is located on the south end of Yachats and a short distance to sandy the sandy beach at Yachats Bay.
