Built in 2019, the house sits on the edge of a small vacation home area and has a large terrace. The lovingly furnished bedrooms are each equipped with a large bed, TV and dresser. In the bathroom on the upper floor there is a rain shower and a bathtub with fantastic views. The spacious dining area in the basement with fireplace invites you to relax. Relax on your sun terrace or start to Mecklenburg – Western Pomerania's most popular attractions. The historic old town of Stralsund (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is about 10 km away. In the immediate vicinity are the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee as well as the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its long white sandy beaches.

Our thatched fisherman's house is located in a quiet, idyllic village location in the small town of Neuenkirchen, surrounded by beautiful Bodden waters. The surroundings invite you to hike, cycle, do water sports and ride. The house has its own 2000 m² garden with a beautiful terrace, plenty of space to linger, a fireplace and great views of the Bodden landscape. Here you will always find a sunny spot for coffee in the morning.

The loft-style apartment with high-quality furniture and fully equipped kitchen as well as the two bathrooms (one of them en-suite) are furnished with attention to detail and an eye for beauty. Relax in the infrared cabin, which is located in one of the two bedrooms, each equipped with 180x200 box spring beds, or in the freestanding bathtub. Alternatively, you can relax on the large terrace overlooking the harbor and lighthouse.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The manor house offers an unforgettable stay with its charming apartments and lovingly designed representative rooms. Enjoy your stay in the lovingly furnished and spacious Georg suite. The suite, named after the last landlord, has two bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room and a bathroom with shower and freestanding bathtub, all with its 85 m². From here you can let your gaze wander over the entire estate.
