Kitchen, Lounge, bathroom and separate w.c. Lovely balcony with sea views and space for a small bbq. Use of the covered veranda and fire pit areas. This is a true 'beach house' right on the beach! Enjoy good old family beach holidays in this charming & cosy home! It is not perfect but the location & views are what makes this house so special. You can't get closer to the sand & sea than this. Swim,surf or snorkel in front of the house. Early morning sunrises are incredible. Look out for the whales and dophins too. Close by are well known golf courses, Padel, Pickle Ball, a gym, the Ski boat club,a Mall & fantastic restaurants.

SeaForever is a lovely and very comfortable, 3 bedroom beach house at the end of a quiet cul de sac in Pennington. It is within easy walking distance of the beach, the river and to some great fishing spots. A beautiful and peaceful garden, a large swimming pool. All areas have lovely sea views! The open plan living area, dining room, lounge, patios and kitchen create a wonderful inside outside space for entertaining - providing all one could need or want to enjoy while on holiday.
