Newly renovated, modernly equipped with the fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, walk-in shower and a full kitchen, situated in a peaceful neighbourhood with the balcony in the backyard. Located in the city centre, everything is in the walking distance; shops (nearest shop is 200m away), nearest beach (600m), pharmacy (600m), restaurants (350m), self service laundry (100m). Parking is free of charge and it's located in front of the house.

You can bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can rent them from us: 8 euros per person per stay for towels and 8 euros per person for bed linens per stay. If you want a change of towels or bed linens, you can let us know and we will do it again for 8 euros. There is a tourist tax to pay on arrival: €1.6 per guest per night. Children 12-17 years old pay 50%. Children 0-11 years old do not have to pay. Please note that check in is 16-20h (we cannot guarantee check in after 20h).
