Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Ulcinj Municipality

Definitely agree with all reviews below. In short, main pluses: - The area where the house is situated is maybe one of the best in town if you want to find clean and quiet place to stay. - The apartment is absolutely same as on pictures. - It is good choice as for family rest, and if you are all alone or with friends. - You can ask any help if you need something for living or you have question about nearby places. - Agim can advice and show really worth-to-visit places in Ulcinj (fish restraunts, markets, beaches inside and outside the town). - It has easy parking place. - It has about 3 small beaches nearby in short walking distance (we didn't experience them, as we where on wide sandy beaches outside the town) - The view to the sea and garden are great. Some minuses not to be too bright: - It's better to have a car if you don't like longwalking throu hills (about 10-15 minutes to the center i suppose) and you want to be in crowdy Ulcinj city every day. - the kitchen on first floor is not big, but it's not a problem as it has every necessary thing and it's possible to get used to it after one or two days of living. Finally, Agim and all his family are just good people.

Excellent value for what we got, we loved the apartment and the location is great. Very cozy also.

Domacin je izuzetno susretljiv,drag i pristupacan.Prvi put sam ljetovala kod njega i opcenito u Crnoj Gori i ugodno sam se iznenadila.Predivni ljudi,predivno mjesto sve najbolje.Opcenito sam vlasnik jako ugodan,apartman predivan bolji nego na slikama....cisto,uredno,sve sta je potrebno za koristenje,od posteljina,kucanskih aparata ma svega sve imaju....stvarno jako sam ugosno iznenadena i jedva cekam opet otic kod njega na ljetovanje.Stvarno sam se osjecala kao kod kuce cak i bolje....Svaka cast ljudima i vlasniku predivni su.Hvala im

Отличная квартира с шикарным видом, близко к пляжу и достопримечательностям. Хозяин был всегда на связи и быстро решал возникшие проблемы. На пляжной линии есть бар, который включает музыку на весь город с 22:00 до 24:00. Будьте к этому готовы, но это не вина хозяина квартиры. Из минусов нет соли, сахара, кофе, чая в квартире. Если вы хотите что-то готовить, нужно все брать с собой, включая масло и тд.

Isabella is a great host! She is very nice person, responsive, giving local recommendations and advises. She even went above and beyond and picked us up from the bus station. Her place is in quiet neighbourhood, tidy, very comfy, with all that you need for short as well as for longer stay. Beautiful rocky beaches (public and wild) within walking distance (approximately 10-15 minutes walk). Little bit uphill to the grocery store, but manageable. I do recommend Isabella's place!

Хорошая квартира. Потрясающий вид с террасы на море. Терраса достаточно просторная, на ней стоит два кресла, столик и диван. По фото не очень понятно, но это правда чудесное место, на ней и провели, наверное, большую часть времени :) До пляжа 3 минуты пешком, пляж хороший. Ездили на машине на несколько других пляжей, но в итоге у дома оказался наименее людный и наиболее приятный. Квартира не новая, но в хорошем состоянии. Есть все необходимое. Есть небольшие недочёты, написала о них лично хозяйке, но ничего критичного. Два кондиционера, стиральная машина, два холодильника, электрический гриль (не пользовались), необходимая посуда, нагреватель греет достаточно (!) воды - ни разу горячая вода не закончилась в неудобный момент, хватало на все. Место очень понравилось. Вокруг зелень, тихо, нет толп людей, в отличие от больших пляжей, ни днём, ни вечером. С машиной очень комфортно, можно быстро доехать до любой инфраструктуры. Не уверена, что будет также комфортно без машины - пешком до соседних магазинов дойти можно, но с тротуарами в стране беда, поэтому придется идти по обочине какое-то время, что не очень приятно. С хозяйкой было хорошее общение, по любому вопросу можно обратиться. В общем, все понравилось!

Smeštaj je super za dve porodice sa malom decom. Bezbedno je za klince i super prostrano. Imali smo i veš mašinu što nam je dosta olakšavalo svakodnevni život sa klincima. Električni roštilj je super opcija za nas koji smo orijentisani na to da spremamo našu hranu. U smeštaju je bio i aparat za vodu pijaću i domaćini su se potrudili da je uvek bude dovoljno. Za svako potanje su bilo tu i dostupni i spremni da brzo reaguju. Sve pohvale! Mi smo uživali, osećali se kao kod svoje kuće i proveli se sjajno!

We stayed for a month while working and preparing for a new assignment nearby, and the combination of tranquility and convenience made it an ideal base. Our host was exceptionally responsive, supportive, and helpful throughout our stay, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The location was fantastic, allowing us to balance work and relaxation effortlessly. Niezapomniane wakacje. To miejsce dedykowane jest dla osób ceniących sobie kontakt z naturą. Cisza , spokój, z tarasu słuchać tylko szum morza i koncert cykad. Takich spektakli zachodów słońca nie widziałam nigdzie. Do naszej dyspozycji był również ogród, gdzie owoce (winogrona, kiwi, granaty, grejpfruty) jedliśmy do woli. W bliskiej okolicy super restauracje oraz sklepy. Do najblizszego dużego miasta 10 km. Na najwyższą ocenę zasługuje Rasim. Niesamowity gospodarz. Na moje fanaberie (typu dodatkowe przykrycie czy żelazko ) reagował błyskawicznie. Miałam parę pytań na tematy zwiazane z inwestycją w Czarnogórze, przyjechał, bez interesownie, poświcając swój prywatny czas kolejnego dnia. Miejsce jak i gospodarza polecam nie w 100 a 200 %

Ольга не только хороший арендодатель, но ещё и замечательный человек! Мы провели 2 недели в апартаментах, с чудесным видом на море! В квартире есть все необходимое - даже утюг и стиральная машина! Ольга ответит на любые вопросы, подскажет, если вам что-то необходимо узнать и просто с радостью пообщается с вами на любые темы! :) У нас было ощущение, что мы в гостях у давней подруги :). We recently stayed at an incredible accommodation on Ada Bojana, and it was nothing short of perfect! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled right by the Bojana River, with the beach just a short drive away. The natural beauty of the area, with its peaceful surroundings and pristine coastline, made for a relaxing and serene getaway. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a great balance of rustic charm and modern convenience. I especially loved the outdoor terrace, where I could enjoy my morning coffee while watching the river flow by. The sunsets here were truly magical! One of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful natural setting, I highly recommend staying here.

Salih was brilliant from the very start when I made the booking. Always offered his help. Arranged travel for me and my family from and to the airport. One particular day he went out of his way which was greatly appreciated. The view from the balcony overlooking the sea is amazing. Good access to shops and restaurants. I won't forget my first trip to Montenegro and I will have fond memories of Sahil.

Everything was great, the gas has everything you need. There are a couple of beaches within the walking distance with clean water. Olga was extremely helpful and responsive. We definitely recommend this place.

A szállásadók nagyon kedvesek voltak. Hideg üdítővel kávéval hideg görögdinnyével kínáltak többször is. Kaptunk tiszta ágyneműket többször is . Minden nap kérdeztek hogy van e szükség valamire. Nagyon szép az apartman szinte új és ragyogó tisztaság. Ajánlom mindenkinek . *5

Toto ubytovanie bolo vynikajuco situovane, mimo rusnej ulice. Hostitel je skvely clovek, ochotny kedykolvek pomoct, aj napriek tomu, ze sa momentalne nenachadzal v Ulcinj, na vsetky prosby promptne reagoval, komunikoval so znamymi a ti ochotne pomohli s cimkolvek. Ubytovanie splnilo nase predstavy nad ocakavania, vrelo ho odporucame!

Bardzo mili gospodarze. Pokój czysty, z pięknym widokiem na morze. Niedaleko do plaży i centrum miasta. Na pewno będę polecać rodzinie i znajomym!

Great place if you want to leave the crowd and noise behind. The place is perfect for a couple, all what you need for your stay is here. The view from the balcony and roof top is breathtaking- one of those that you can’t get enough of it. The beach and some restaurants are waking distance away. Definitely have a car so that you can move around freely. Milan is extremely helpful and friendly. He told us some tips and local recommendations which is what you need to have a great time exploring new place! We spent two weeks in Montenegro and a restaurant close by ( Konoba kod Slavka) is one of the best if you like fish and seafood.

Diar was a gteat host and the rrom was excellent

this is a really luxuriously furnished apartment, with all its equipment and accessories. The cleanliness is at a high level. The host is very accommodating and kind, always ready to help. the apartment is located in a good location, so it is easy to reach the big beach, city center, old town…nearby are shops, restaurants and everything you need. I recommend accommodation with Adrian, you will surely enjoy

Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite mal hier. Es war wieder ein wundervoller Urlaub! Die Kommunikation war super und der checkin und Check out war super flexibel! Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Der Balkon ist natürlich das Highlight mit einer wundervollen Sicht aufs Meer. Hier haben wir viele Sonnenuntergänge beobachten können. Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir werden wieder kommen.

Staying at Elvir’s Airbnb was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Elvir was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back!

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!

отличное жилье, пляж в 1.5км (мы туда ездили на машине), дом близко к дороге, но дорогу не слышно, слышно католический костёл. сразу на выезде на дорогу сворот на пляж капокабана + ещё два. С учётом того, что жили месяц, то не хватало микроволновки, маленький холодильник (прям совсем мелумй), посудомойки и стиральная. если это все добавить, то было бы идеально. Этажом ниже жила мама Владимира, добрая женщина. к ней относили стирать вещи (без дополнительной платы). рядом с домом можно поставить авто, оно в самое жаркое время в тени и в машине было не жарко. стоит учесть, что в цену не включена регистрация в полиции, это примерно евро в сутки на взрослого человека, вам принесут квитанцию и саму регистрацию. но об этом предупредили ещё до букинга.
