Vacation rentals with a sauna in Ulcinj Municipality

The apartment is a great find! It is tucked up in the hills with an amazing view of the city below. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. The steam shower and sauna were a great touch after a long day of walking. Huge courtyard to park your vehicle off the road. We will definitely be booking again.

Nice apartment, everything was perfect. Everything is as described and pictured. The house has its own 24-hour swimming pool, no downstairs laundry room. Elena is a lovely host, very helpful. The apartment has a nice view to the mountains and sea. The shore is literally 400 m away, but the slope is quite steep, so it may not be very comfortable with elderly parents, but this is not a disadvantage of housing, such is the whole of Montenegro.

Great place. Fantastic view. Luxurious interior! Great host Mike. Really quiet and exclusive access to the ocean without crowds of their people. Pool with Ocean water. For us a perfect end to our round trip in Montenegro! Village itself has big energy problems but host has installed and turned on energy generator during day times. Hopefully in the future the city government will stabilize the situation! Good places to want in the village. We will recommend the place!

The small guest house is right next to the host's house, but still we felt private. Dmitry and his wife were very helpful and friendly. The hospitality was absolutely top, thank you again.

The villa is special and very luxurious and wonderfully designed and has charming views of the sea eating rooms and there are all the features we want, my family and I had a beautiful time and we had a lot of fun, restaurants are close five minutes by car as well as the supermarket ,

The property really exceeds expectations - the house is on the cliff with fantastic views from the balconies and the porch. In the place, we found all we need. Stairs lead you down to the small beach. Access from the road is very easy and the parking space is big and convenient. In walking distance you can easily find all you need; also the big supermarket is in 15 minutes drive from Dobra Voda in the Bar. In 10 minute walk along the seaside, you can get to a number of nice restaurants and a public beach that we did not use as it is very crowded. At check-in, we were met by Valeria's co-host Marina who introduced us to the house and showed us all facilities, and explanted the rules. Rules were very easy - we can do whatever we want. She also advised us of the local restaurant in the mountains that turned out to be the best in town - we really loved it. She was also very helpful with small household questions during our stay. Basically, the house is exactly as described. 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room with a fireplace and kitchen. There is a washing machine and small fridge on the second floor. The fridge was extremely helpful to keep whisky, coke, and water that you can have sitting on the balcony. I recommend the place and the host without any reservations. My daughter and I are very thankful for the opportunity to spend our vacation in such a beautiful place and such a beautiful town. Valeria and Marina, thank you very much!

A wonderful host, amazing Villa & peaceful view. The house was incredibly clean and had all the amenities for long term use. It’s impossible to wake up to the Adriatic Sea view everyday and not be peaceful. The host was a text message away for any assistance which made our girls trip an unforgettable experience 😊.
