You are offered a large terrace with private jacuzzi overlooking a newly constructed shared pool. Villa apartment guests are provided with towels, robes, slippers & shampoos. In one of the most beautiful places in Europe stands our small new wooden house, on the largely natural island of Ada Bojana. Built directly on the river, within sight, swimming and walking distance to the sea. The furnishings are of high quality, chosen with love, everything is as ecological as possible without plastic, the textiles made of cotton. Our soul place is for peace seekers, nature lovers, appreciators. The area is a "quiet zone," no parties or loud music are allowed!

Apartment "Garden" with Boat Tours

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Water in the apartment is not for drinking (technical water). Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.

Villa Tatjana is a two-house sea-front complex with a private infinity pool, situated in precious natural environment, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat airport. In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, complex has a fantastic garden whith a path, that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. Both houses are fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.
