Das gebuchte Haus war nicht verfügbar, dafür haben wir ein anderes Haus in der Nähe vom Meer und von einem Supermarkt bekommen. Das Haus, die Lage war top! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit nochmal zurückkommen. Die Kommunikation mit Dritan war super! Er hatte super Empfehlungen für Beach Clubs, Restaurants, etc. Er kennt sich super aus vor Ort!

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt, w domu bardzo czysto, łatwy kontakt z właścicielami, wszystkie sprawy załatwiane od ręki, 10 minutowy spacer do plaży lub klifu, gdzie można podziwiać zachody słońca. Gospodarze przywitali nas lokalnymi owocami, przyjechali samochodem na lotnisko za dodatkową opłatą. Polecamy spróbować grillowanych ryb w wykonaniu przyjaciela Jamiego Olivera! Gorąco Polecamy!

The property really exceeds expectations - the house is on the cliff with fantastic views from the balconies and the porch. In the place, we found all we need. Stairs lead you down to the small beach. Access from the road is very easy and the parking space is big and convenient. In walking distance you can easily find all you need; also the big supermarket is in 15 minutes drive from Dobra Voda in the Bar. In 10 minute walk along the seaside, you can get to a number of nice restaurants and a public beach that we did not use as it is very crowded. At check-in, we were met by Valeria's co-host Marina who introduced us to the house and showed us all facilities, and explanted the rules. Rules were very easy - we can do whatever we want. She also advised us of the local restaurant in the mountains that turned out to be the best in town - we really loved it. She was also very helpful with small household questions during our stay. Basically, the house is exactly as described. 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room with a fireplace and kitchen. There is a washing machine and small fridge on the second floor. The fridge was extremely helpful to keep whisky, coke, and water that you can have sitting on the balcony. I recommend the place and the host without any reservations. My daughter and I are very thankful for the opportunity to spend our vacation in such a beautiful place and such a beautiful town. Valeria and Marina, thank you very much!

We recently stayed at an incredible accommodation on Ada Bojana, and it was nothing short of perfect! The location is simply breathtaking, nestled right by the Bojana River, with the beach just a short drive away. The natural beauty of the area, with its peaceful surroundings and pristine coastline, made for a relaxing and serene getaway. The accommodation itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a great balance of rustic charm and modern convenience. I especially loved the outdoor terrace, where I could enjoy my morning coffee while watching the river flow by. The sunsets here were truly magical! One of the highlights was the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in a beautiful natural setting, I highly recommend staying here.

Everything was great, the gas has everything you need. There are a couple of beaches within the walking distance with clean water. Olga was extremely helpful and responsive. We definitely recommend this place.

We stayed here for a few days with our dogs. Stunning house in such a peaceful location, away from all hustle and bustle. The host was super friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, he also had some great local recommendations for restaurants and shops. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, absolutely everything you may need is there. We loved the jacuzzi, it was lovely to relax and look at the wonderful views at the end of the day. The pool is nearly finished so that will be great too. Would most definitely come back again, thank you for such a lovely stay :)

Wunderschöner Blick auf die Bucht. Viele Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Haus komplett ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Sehr sympathische Gastgeberin. Parken am Haus (für mich) sehr abenteuerlich, in der Parallelstraße gibt es aber einen Schotter Parkplatz auf dem man für kleines Geld parken kann.

This home was so beautiful, Everything was perfect for our family. We had lots of space to relax, The swimming pool was amazing And only a short drive to the beach, the location was so peaceful, and we were looked after by the hosts who made us a delicious traditional cake as a leaving gift, We loved this place so much and would highly recommended we would definitely stay again. The home and furnishings were very high spec and so spacious with 3 balcony’s overlooking a spectacular view.

Ich habe mich in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Häuser sind typisch montenegrisch umgeben von einer wundervollen Natur. Es gibt Berge, Flüsse, das Meer und Tiere. Wer es friedlich mag ist dort herzlich willkommen. Ein aufblühender Ort für achtsame Menschen. I felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The houses are typically Montenegrin, surrounded by wonderful nature. There are mountains, rivers, the sea, and animals. Those who appreciate peace are warmly welcome there. A flourishing place for mindful people. Osjećala sam se vrlo ugodno u smještaju. Kuće su tipično crnogorske, okružene predivnom prirodom. Tu su planine, rijeke, more i životinje. Oni koji vole mir srdačno su dobrodošli. Procvatno mjesto za svjesne ljude.

Dona was the sweetest host—friendly, responsive, and always nearby if we needed anything. The apartment is spotless, fully renovated, and feels just like home. Amazing location, steps from the market and minutes from the beach. The pool was a great bonus. I highly recommend staying here! Dona ishte një pritëse shumë e dashur—shumë e afërt, e gatshme për t’u përgjigjur dhe gjithmonë pranë nëse na duhej diçka. Apartamenti ishte i pastër kristal, i rinovuar plotësisht dhe të bënte të ndiheshe si në shtëpi. Vendndodhja është e mrekullueshme, vetëm pak hapa larg tregut dhe disa minuta me makinë nga plazhi. Pishina në ndërtesë ishte një bonus i shkëlqyer. E rekomandoj shumë të qëndroni këtu

Tati is a perfectly accommodating host. We had some minor communication issues initially but everything turned out all right and we perhaps abused his hospitality in the end. The place is very clean, the roof terrace amazing but acoustics and WiFi could be a little better.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Geräumige 4 Schlafzimmer. Küche alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Bad klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend und anscheinend vor kurzem erst renoviert. Waschmaschine und extra Toilette im Obergeschoss sehr von Vorteil. Aussicht wunderbar mit Meerblick. Katarina ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Stets erreichbar und flexibel. Immer ein freundliches Wort auf den Lippen und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten schöne 2 Wochen. Dankeschön.

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig! Privater Meerzugang, atemberaubendes Haus und der Fitnessraum ist moderner und besser ausgestattet als mein Studio zu Hause. Oleg und seine Frau wohnen auch im Objekt und waren diskret aber immer gut erreichbar und zuvorkommend. Der Besuch im privaten Weinkeller von Oleg hat uns für den letzten Abend mit Sonnenuntergang einen leckeren Tropfen beschert. Danke für diese wirklich schöne und erholsame Zeit bei euch.

Bardzo dobra komunikacja, właściciel szybko odpowiadał na wiadomości. Przepiękny balkon i widok na morze oraz zachód słońca. Pokoje przestronne. Po przyjeździe Na miejscu było trochę pajęczyn i kurzu a miejsce to nie znajduje się bezpośrednio przy morzu jak w ogłoszeniu. Trzeba pokonać schody lub dość ostre zejście w dół ale jest to dość blisko. W okolicy nad morzem dwie bardzo dobre knajpki. Mała spokojna wioska - spokój i cisza!!! - ogromny plus patrząc na pobliskie miasta pełne ludzi, chaosu i korków! Wieczorami cisza i rozgwieżdżone niebo. Klimatyzacja w kuchni i sypialni. Bardzo mili właściciele. Polecamy!

We had a lovely holiday in Anna's apartment. It had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. We were 5 people, three adults and two boys. The outdoor area were our favorite place to spend our evenings. Anna's mum lives on the top floor, she welcomed us when we arrived and showed us around. She doesn't speak English, but any questions we had Anna would answer us straight away. Anna's mum Elena were still very helpful and kind. She provided us with towls to take to the beach. She also surprised us with berries and tomatoes. So we can really recommend Anna's apartment. We had 16 days in Montenegro and enjoyed every day. We had a hire car and it was great with off street parking as well. The local restaurants in walking distance to the apartment had a good variety of food as well. Regarding driving in Montenegro, most drivers there drive like they have stolen both the car and their licence. Luckily we did not have any accidents, but saw and heard of several others who did. It is kind of difficult to get around there whiteout a car, So drive carefully.

Everything was as described in the post. A great location, a great ambient, welcoming, and responsive host.

Das Haus war wie beschrieben wunderschön. Wir waren mit 3 Familien dort und waren alle sehr zu Frieden. Bäckerei, Obststände und einen kleinen Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Latif war immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Nur auf den Straßen von Montenegro war nur Stau. Von A nach B zu fahren war sehr anstrengend. Leider gab es abends sehr viele Mücken.

Aleksandra was an excellent, attentive host. We arrived later than hoped and Aleksandra went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. The property is even better in person - highly recommend. Wonderful, safe location with an unbelievable view.

The place is beautiful, just as it appears in the pictures. check in & out where smooth. A great Quiet & Private place to stay while still being just outside a city if you want to buy stuff or go to restaurants and also a short drive to the beach. perfect place for a holiday

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft von Olga, jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaalage, es war äußerst sauber und der Blick aus dem Balkonen war atemberaubend. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und es gab sogar einen Grill. Wir hatten etwas Schwierigkeiten mit der Anfahrt, da es ein Neubaugebiet ist und schlecht ausgeschildert war. Durch Hilfe der Assistentin Marina jedoch lies es sich dann doch finden. Marina ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Person und war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Ein schönes, großes Haus für eine größere Gruppe oder Großfamilie.

Gospodarze byli bardzo pomocni i szybko reagowali na prośby zgłaszane przed jak i w trakcie pobytu. Willa jest świetna, idealna dla grupy 8-10 osób, basen czysty, jedyny dość duży problem to brak klimatyzacji w dwóch pokojach, jednak przy lipcowych upałach, nawet przy wentylatorach ciężko było wytrzymać i spać w pokoju.. Dom znajduje się dość daleko od centrum i trasa ok 30 min nie należy do najłatwiejszych ze względu na liczne górki, my daliśmy radę nawet z wózkami. Można poprosić o podwózkę taxi, koszt to ok 15 euro lub dobrą opcją jest wynajem auta i zwiedzanie okolicznych miejscowości. Ogromnym plusem tej okolicy jest cisza spokój i widok na morze oraz piękna prywatna plaża (te miejskie w sezonie są strasznie zatłoczone z ciemnym piaskiem). Generalnie oceniamy pobyt bardzo pozytywnie i z chęcią byśmy wrócili ponownie lub zostali dłużej.

Villa Viko is a beautiful house for a vacation for a big family in Montenegro. That was our fourth vacation in this country, and this house was the best considering our bookings there. The villa has a good location if you have a car. There is one 5 min drive to Maljevik beach, 5 min to Sutomore downtown, and 11 min to Zapa beach. The house is in good condition. It's clean, cozy, and comfortable. The owner's care feels everywhere. Here is a rare case when reality matches the pictures. All equipment (AC, dishwasher, washer, coffee machine) is in working condition. There were all must-haves per my own checklist: - parking space, - AC in every room, - large dining table for a big family, - crib and highchair, - dishwasher and washing machine, - night blinds in bedrooms, - outside lounge for morning coffee. We are very thankful to Tatiana and Vadim for their hosting, care, and kindness. During our vacation, our car broke and one of my kids got sick, Tatiana and Vadim were always ready to help. With Tatiana and Vadim, you are not going to be left alone with your problems in another country. Tatiana and Vadim thank you a lot! We had a great time at your house!

Virkelig skønt sted i meget rolige omgivelser, dejlig pool område, smuk udsigt over bjerge og havet. Milijana var en meget imødekommende host som mødte os ved huset med alle mulige forfriskninger, og var meget hjælpsom. Eneste negative var at det var lidt svært at kommunikere med familien på Airbnb vil bestemt anbefale stedet.

We had a lovely stay. The house is great, comfortable and the shaded terrace was just what we needed with a lovely view of the sea and a 5 minute walk to the beach to cool off. There are also bars on the beach. There is Wifi in the house, good air conditioning and a shaded parking space for the car. We recommend a trip to Stari bar and the old town in Ulcinj, both pretty with good food.
