The train station is only a three-minute walk away and the city centre of Zurich (main station) can be reached by S-Bahn in a maximum of 15 minutes. The room is brightly furnished, with Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and fridge (no kitchen). Private bathroom with shower. Cosy private outdoor seating area and parking space for one car. Bakery and restaurants in the village.

Travel conveniently by car (free parking spot right in front of the door) or take advantage of the excellent public transport connections (17-minute ride to Zurich's main train station). Explore Switzerland during the day and enjoy the view of the Uetliberg in the evening. Also very well suited as a business apartment.

Perfect stay if you want to experience both nature and city life, with supermarkets and a bike for your use. PS: if you’re coming with your car, we do have a parking in front of the building but it’s for all residents to use freely. So I cannot guarantee that you’ll always get a free spot.

Schönes Zimmer (ca. 20 qm mit Dachschräge) im Dachgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses, mit voll ausgestatteter Küchenzeile, großes Tageslicht- Bad mit Dusche (ca. 10 qm) und Balkon (ca. 7 qm) in Waldshut-Tiengen. Für Paare (Doppelbett) und Einzelpersonen. Gesonderter Eingang über eine Aussentreppe (15 Stufen). Das Zimmer ist aufgrund zweier Panorama-Dachfenster und einer Glastür schön hell.

Wohnung mit Garten nahe Zentrum

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier und ist gleichzeitig zentral gelegen. In 10 Minuten bist Du mit dem Tram am Paradeplatz. Ein grosses Einkaufszentrum erreichst Du in 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Die Wohnung hat einen Garten und eine schöne Aussicht auf unseren Hausberg (Uetliberg). Ein idealer Ort, um von hier aus die Stadt zu erkunden oder Ausflüge in der Umgebung zu unternehmen.

A modern studio, along with a social area

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
