We present you a unique opportunity to spend an unforgettable stay in our Studio, located in the historic, heritage-protected Villa Najáda. This villa is right in the center of Luhačovice Spa, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone, the spa park and within sight of the springs. The studio is ideal for two guests plus a maximum of one small child who can share a bed with their parents. We have one parking space available for you just a short distance from the villa, allowing you to stay carefree without the need to look for parking.

We offer quiet accommodation on the first floor of a family house with 3 rooms and a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine. For children, there is a children's room with a bunk bed and a desk. There is also a desk in the accommodation. There are up to two parking spaces in front of the house. One large van can also be parked comfortably here. Garage can be used for bicycles and motorcycles. The location of this accommodation also offers many opportunities for families with children. The apartment is a few steps from public transport - 10 minutes to the center of Uherské Hradiště. From the apartment, there is a connection to bike paths and hiking trails. Excellent location for holidays: mountain hiking in Malé Karpaty; cycling (numerous paths to the country side); swimming in local lake. City of Brezová pod Bradlom (Košariská) is known also as a birthplace of the greatest Slovak – M. R. Štefánik, whose exceptional monument is located 3 kilometres from the flat.

Probouzet se s výhledem na kopečky Vizovických vrchů uprostřed trnkového sadu za zpěvu ptáčků je dokonalou terapií na vyčištění hlavy od městského života. Pohovku umístěnou u obrovského okna situovaného na východ s výhledem na Vizovické vrchy a velkého okna na sever s výhledem na trnkový sad využijete na klidné chvíle a zakusování něčeho dobrého. Během grilování v podvečer osvítí západní sluníčko terasu před naším domečkem, kdy uplatní své gastronomické dovednosti nejeden gurmán.

Postavené vlastnými rukami od základov až po ručne vyrobený nábytok interiéru. Upravené okolie domčeka pre Vaše pohodlie: terasa s lehátkami a vaničkami na kúpanie v lete, kaďa s vyhrievanou vodou na jarné a jesenné dni, vonkajšie posedenie na čiastočne krytej terase vedľa malého rybníka, priestor na grilovanie či opekanie. A všade navôkol vysadená zeleň. Záležalo mi na tom, aby hostia zažili kvalitu a komfort na pohľad aj na vlastnej koži.
