Vill du besöka västkustens pärlor når du Kungshamn, Smögen, Grebbestad och Lysekil på mindre än en timme. Lägenheten har två uteplatser med havsutsikt och där finns det utemöbler och grill. En liten fotbollsplan finns också precis utanför.

A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

From the kitchen, you have direct access to a generous patio with outdoor seating and a retractable awning.

Welcome to our newly built house in scenic Herrestads Berg! Here you live in a quiet and rural environment with nice walking paths and the ocean just 2km away. Uddevalla (the heart of Bohuslän) is located 9 km to the east and only 4 km from here you will find Torp shopping center with its 90 shops and restaurants. On the West Coast you will find all the best of summer in Sweden. It offers a bunch of wonderful small towns, cliffs, salt water and incredibly beautiful nature.

Ta med hela familjen till detta fantastiska ställe med massor av plats för umgänge och härliga semesterdagar. 5 minuters promenad till fin sandstrand. Skog och natur alldeles vid huset. Sol från morgon till kväll med stor altan. Vill man göra dagsutflykter till västkustens alla pärlor såsom Lysekil, Smögen, Fjällbacka mm så är det möjligt. Huset ligger alldeles ovanför Hafstens resort där det finns möjlighet till poolbad, affär, glasskiosk och restaurang med rättigheter.

A small modern house with most of what is needed. The kitchen consists of a stove, microwave, oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. The toilet consists of a shower, toilet and washing machine. Separate bedroom with large double bed. A sofa bed is in the kitchen / living room with TV and wifi. There is a conservatory next to the house and at the back of the house you will find the terrace with table and barbecue.
