Nydelig hytte

Glem bekymringer, nyt lange herlige dager i denne nydelige hytta ved vakre Tyrifjorden. Her ferierer du både landlig og sentralt samtidig. Oslo 40 min unna, fjorden på tomta, golfbane 5 min unna og for ikke å snakke om Krokskogen med nydelige skiløyper, fotturer og sykkelstier! Hytta er nylig rehabilitert og er et godt sed å komme tilbake til etter aktive dager ute. Ikke innlagt vann! Drikkevann kommer i dunker (ordnes av vert), vann til vask hentes i fjorden. Forbrenningstoalett. Brygge ødelagt

Our country house is easy to reach by the main road to Bergen, only one hour from Oslo. It is easy to reach by buss, and only 70 km from Oslo airport Gardermoen. You'll love the place because of the view, the location and outdoor area, with direct access to the river. Liten hytte med sjarm på Øståsen i Vikersund. 40 min gange oppover fra parkeringsplassen. Her råder det enkle liv uten strøm og vann. Veien opp er en fin tur, litt tung enkelte partier. Anbefaler å gå opp før det blir mørkt. Husk gode sko og varme klær. På toppen venter premien, flatt og fint med nydelig utsikt:) Køyeseng på kjøkkenet, sovesofa i stuen. This is a great house to stay in if you're looking for a quiet getaway. The house is very well equipped with everything you need and can easily fit 3 couples comfortably. The porch has a stunning view of the lake. Torstein was a great host and very responsive to our questions.

Fantastisk flott plass. Idyllisk beliggenhet ved Steinsfjorden. Koselig hytte med litt mer moderne Anneks. Det å våkne opp i Soverommet på Anneks med Stort Vindu/dør rett ut mot fjorden var flott. Eneste minus var at man måtte ha med sengeklær og vaske etter seg. Litt uvant fra tidligere opplevelser med Airbnb. Men Vert informerte heldigvis om dette før vi dro hjemmefra. Kunne godt ha tenkt oss en tur tilbake ved senere anledning:)

Dejlig hurtig og nærværende kommunikation med Kristin. Opholdet levede op til beskrivelsen og er netop hvad det er. En hytte højt oppe i terrænet med massere af ro og fantastisk udsigt. Huset er præcis som det ser ud men også fint rengjort og man føler sig straks hjemme. vi valgte at vandre fra huset og op på offentlige vandreruter et par km derfra.

Le chalet est vraiment idéalement placé, au calme et dans la nature. Il est lumineux, spacieux et bien équipé. La vue est vraiment exceptionnelle. Très bonne communication avec Anne Kistrine. Il faut noter que la douche est à l’extérieur mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Nous avons fait une superbe randonnée dans les environs. Nous recommandons le lieu pour ceux qui veulent décompresser tout en restant proche d’Oslo.

We had a wonderful stay at Heidi and Kristoffers beautiful cabin. Exquisite location with fabulous views, with great walking paths in close vicinity. They were fantastic hosts and responded immediately to all of our enquiries. We particularly loved the design and layout of the cabin, and felt very comfortable throughout the duration of our stay. We prepared big meals, and really made good use of they're kitchen (an italian in tow)... It should be noted that if you are having big meals be prepared to refill the water tank. For washing up and of course shower purposes. For us this added an extra charm and we really didn't mind refilling at the well just on the doorstep. My daughter loved assisting with the buckets. We had a fabulous 4 day break and found the cabin and it's amenities all very satisfying. As 3 adults, a labrador and a 5 year old, it really did tick all the boxes. Why are eager to return in future!
