Small cabin with charm on Øståsen in Vikersund. 40 min walk uphill from the parking lot. Here you can experience a simple life without electricity and water. The way up is a nice walk, a bit heavy in some parts. Recommended to go up before it gets dark. Remember to bring good shoes and warm clothes. At the top awaits the prize, flat and nice with beautiful views :) Bunk bed in the kitchen, sofa bed in the living room. Log cabin from 2003 with a large terrace with a fire pit, there is a road to the cabin with its own parking space. There is electricity in the cabin, water can be collected in the water post on the way to the cabin. The cabin is located in beautiful natural surroundings, great hiking terrain and ski trails nearby. The cabin has a living room and kitchen, two bedrooms (bunk bed in one room and double bed in the other) There is no private bathroom in the cabin, but a washing water barrel and a shower that can be used outside. There is an outhouse at the cabin that is in the same building as the cabin.

You are welcome to stay privately at our home. We give you a simpler alternative. Here there is plenty of room for 2 people. Possibility for 4, but then you will have to sleep in the living room. Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

Groomed ski slopes in the area and marked trails in summer towards Sørbølfjell (1077 m above sea level).
