Private suite in multiunit building with private entrance and a code on the door for self-entry. You would have your own bathroom, kitchen, and living quarters. The unit is next to a recording studio so there is a chance of hearing some minor noise during working hours. It can sleep up to 4-5 but the living quarters would be a little tight. Gas station, bar and grocery store within walking distance. Kitchen comes with stove, fridge, coffee potand cooking utensils. Wifi available upon r No pets

The land includes lakes where hunting could be arranged and there are many local CRP acres in the area as well. Located on a paved road 1.25 miles from Lesterville, SD. Local area: 25 miles from Yankton, SD, 20 miles to Lewis and Clark Lake, 50 miles to Pickstown, SD. Enjoy the piece and quiet after a long day on the lake or hunting.
