We had a lovely (short) stay. Everything as shown in the pictures and super lovingly furnished, even bathroom items were available.

Beautiful modern home decorated with a lot of love. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. We loved it all around, everything was very well maintained and clean. Sem was accessible at all times and helped us. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Very clean, very complete, everything works, very spacious place (complete house ‘Ferienwohnung’). Highly recommended as resting place for trips in environment ( including Enschede, The Netherlands). We hope to come back again in the future.

What a beautiful clean cottage. Everything is present. But especially the view and the tranquility. Ina and Jan are very welcoming. We'd love to come back to enjoy the peace and quiet.

We stayed here for four nights and felt very comfortable. You'll quickly get used to climbing the ladder to get into bed. Fully equipped for longer stays. Nice contact.

Stay is exactly as in the pictures. Nice arrival with story behind the building. Great reception with even a bottle of cava. Top location within walking distance of the market. Highly recommended if you want to discover downtown Deventer

This was a lovely place, very spacious and beautifully decorated with art deco art! It is surrounded by forest and has a balcony, which waas very nice.

As the reviews already show - a very, very great apartment! The apartment is very large, clean and bright, quiet and with direct views of the countryside. Out of the window you can see horses and pheasants. The apartment is stylish and simply furnished, we especially liked the large sofa, the high-quality towels and linens. We spent the weekend there with our 1.5-year-old daughter and it was very relaxing and uncomplicated for all of us. The hosts could not be nicer and more likeable! We would like to come back again.

Andreas is a great host and the apartment feels like home. It is even better than the pictures and I would stay here again anytime.

We think Zeddam is a beautiful area where you can enjoy hiking and biking. In the immediate vicinity, you will find hills, forest, polder, riverscape. Various places in Germany are also easy to reach. We did not use the car during our stay. Various restaurants are in walking distance. A good butcher and a supermarket are nearby. In the apartment, all the necessities are available to cook, stay, etc. We felt right at home there. Everything was also done to make us feel comfortable. In short, we can recommend this apartment to anyone.

Really had a lovely stay in this lovely and sparkling clean apartment. It has a quiet, location, exactly what we wanted. There is a very complete kitchen and bathroom available. The living room is spacious and well appointed and the beds sleep wonderfully. Wonderful garden with several seats. We will definitely come back.

We spent a nice women's weekend in the beautiful apartment of Conny and Gio. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired: valuable, modern, bright, tasteful, spacious, quiet and central. The icing on the cake for us: the terrace with a wonderful view of the garden! Conny and Gio are warm hosts, flexible, helpful and communicative. We immediately felt at home! Thank you very much!

The area is great and easy to walk and otherwise the bus towards the center. Stop is a 2-minute walk. Very welcoming and friendly owners. Everything was just great!

Cozy, spacious house with sauna and jacuzzi. The house is cozily furnished and in a quiet location. There is plenty of space to sit outside as well.

Our stay in this beautiful cottage was just great. The accommodation is cozy and very clean. The location is ideal – quiet and idyllic, but still well connected. We particularly liked the proximity to the zoo in Emmen, which we could easily reach. The charming cheese shop was also a great insider tip from Anne-Marie. Typically, in addition to the cheese, we also bought an Old Jenever, the traditional Dutch juniper, and had Hagelslag for breakfast. And of course, the hot tub was just fantastic for relaxing. For nature lovers, the nearby forest is ideal for walks or bike rides. We enjoyed the peace and the fresh air very much. Anne-Marie and Marnix were super friendly and helpful, communication was straightforward and they responded quickly. There wasn't even a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival 😊 Conclusion: An absolutely recommended accommodation, we will be happy to come back.

There were three of us and we had a lovely stay. The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished. The jacuzzi only has three seats, but it would also be possible to use it for four. The host has always been available. I would book the place again

It was a really great stay. The surroundings were very quiet. Mario was always easily accessible, super hospitable and accommodating. The accommodation had my expectations more than met. Both the apartment and the garden are super nice and large and very well maintained. It's really worth a stay.

It is very quiet and the amenities were very good. The hot tub in particular was a great offer. Since there were three of us there, it was also very good that there is an additional toilet in the apartment. Smart TV and fast, working Internet have also been provided. In the kitchen, everything that is part of the standard equipment was also there. Klaus and Marianne were very nice and welcomed us very hospitably. I highly recommend staying with the two.
